It'd be hard to not think manwish my parents owned budweiser beer and get one of these babies. This young man has the coolest freaking parents for this upgrade.
Long ago I was a policeman. We all had moustaches. Mine was twisted at the ends. It was called a handlebar moustache. Another great flight. Thanks for the words, "lets go flying.
There had been a community uprising several years ago when the Navy wanted to demolish (?) the blimp hanger. Glad to see they might be preserving it. grew up shopping on base. P3s over the house several times everyday.
One of my classmates flew P3’s out of Moffit. Great view of one of the original blimp hangers on takeoff. They are big enough that they have their own atmosphere inside.
I bet Steven smells like a father figure. I love how attentive he is while you speak to your viewers. You both have a good back and forth to keep the audience entertained while maintaining the upmost professionalism. great work team!
My first duty station as a controller was SBA in 1982. If ATC brings you over the Gaviota VOR (GVO), that was where President Regan's winter white house was located (they would land at the VOR and drive about 1/2 mile to the ranch. The Super Guppy was built at the large hanger at the departure end of 7 on the left side. Fabulous place to work and live
You still GREASED IT MAX! STEPHEN, ARMY STRONG HOOOOH!!! THE STACHE IS WICKED MON!!! I'm Lynn, Army Retired SSGT. 20 years.. Op Iraqi Freedon 1,2, & 3. Always great seeing you guys!
I remember flying in on a C-130 at Moffit and a bald eagle went through the LE between 3 & 4 engine. Made quit a hole but did not get in the throttle cables. Safe flying fellows.
Loved the checklist at the beginning. Seen a lot of your videos but it’s the first time I’ve acknowledged you have “smoke goggles”. Just had to google what they were and they make perfect sense. Great video again.
You have to talk about the "remodel" of the hangars at Moffett. Enormous rebuild of the (Navy) hanger. I learned to fly next door at Palo Alto and when we flew anywhere near Moffett at night we'd ask the tower "to turn up the lights"- they knew why and unless they had ops they were usually pretty dialed down. Oh. My. God. The rest of the peninsula seemed like it went dark several notches there were so many of every kind bright as heck. Quite the show for 20 seconds.
It’s always such a pleasure to join you two in your ventures. It’s a nice break from getting ready for winter. You’re such a great team , please travel safe . 🥸
Great flight Max, thanks to you and Seven for taking us along. My buddy lives east of Jackson Hole, on the east side of Togwotee pass, and has been dealing with the Fish Creek fire, it has burning for about two months now
That moustache would work very well here in Australia where November has become Movember and involves fund-raising for men’s mental health. Very topical mo.
Did my flight training out of San Carlos Flight Center nearby. Always loved looking at Moffett Airfield on our way back from training flights. Another great video gents. Thank you
Love love love those furkids and what your Mom does. Love flying and your professionalism max is outstanding, your parents had something to do with it I'm sure but you maintain it. 🤗🤗🤗🐕🐕🐕🛩️✈️🛫🛬🦊 Foxie says woof woof furends.
Nice flight, Max! Loving the transitions you've made to these bigger and nicer planes along your journey. Congrats on all your progress over the years.
Awesome video Cookie Max 🍪.. You and Stephen work great together..always enjoy flights into Jackson hole …So looking forward to trips overseas as I am sure so are you.. Take care Max 🙏
Tower came over the radio and said the wind was calm but it sure didn’t look calm with all that movement on the yoke during landing. Jackson hole is a very tough place to land and I believe the FAA recommends taking a special course and getting a special permit to fly into airports like this. With mountains on both sides it makes it very turbulent on landing.
They needed to file a separate flight plan just for Steven’s mustache. And with that Orbit gum, you know he’s minty fresh at any flight level! Anyone else just want to catch a whiff of this man?
Holy cow, you are more local to me than ever. I grew up under the landing pattern for Moffett Field, a couple of miles away back when it was an active base. That probably has a lot to do with my love of airplanes. To my dying day I will be able to hear in my head the sound of a P3-Orion on final. This is the first time I have been able to see what it looks like to fly out of there. Thanks for sharing, as always.
Woo-hoo! A new CitationMax video. Off to watch now. Oh, and since I was invited to "sit in the jump seat," I'll try to contain my excitement! :-) And... the Bay Area! I lived in SF for 2 decades, passed by Moffett many times over those years. Gorgeous area to fly in and out (SFO is an amazing sight). Now Steve's 'stache: this may need its own video!
Aging ex ppl pilot, I wish i could fly again, shame i never fly in one of those Citations - It always amazes me how great those planes are. I doubt i fly again, life be rather harsh I havent PPL flown for 18 yrs or so. Just always love watching how you & steven are so professional & I can see the love for flying, never stop if you can. Thanks for all the video's they a real treat always. Glad to see you're dad flies and visit's UK - I do some Siming on msfs at my old airfield at High Wycombe Booker or from EGLL. As still a big aviation nut all these years still. I still miss concorde from my local skies. Enjoying the Vision Jet on MSFS and soon there be a new c750 x by Flight FX coming that be awesome to use in Sim. Moustache callsign should be Moustache "Mach.90"
Seems like your getting all the little bugs worked out on the new plane as you go along, hopefully they'll settle down as you get more hours on it. Enjoy all your videos 😊
That moustache needs it's own call sign! Glad to see you boys again!!!
Just eaten a sugar covered beignet
Grey Wolf
its its its its its its its - not it's (it is)
That mustache is Tom Skerritt in Top Gun vibes. 🤘✈️
Or British Spitfire, Battle of Britain
Or Snidley Whiplash. C'mon cartoon fans!
Or Clooney in "The Men Who Stare at Goats"
Or another Tom (Selleck)
Here wondering what hes doing with Brad Pit at a military base
Steven has THE BEST radio voice 😎
Have to agree

When was this, in the 1920s?
I was an air traffic controller at moffett from 1973-1978, loved working there
Lovely plane Max. Was flying out of HPN on Global 6000 and saw the plane. Got that big plane vibe.
Citation Max cleared for mustache! Good stuff. Safe flying gentlemen.
My dad used to work at that base... The blimp hangar has so much internal volume it can actually have its own weather form inside.
That hangar certainly got my attention at the start of the video.......... Are they re skinning it or something??
There had been a community uprising several years ago when the Navy wanted to demolish (?) the blimp hanger. Glad to see they might be preserving it. grew up shopping on base. P3s over the house several times everyday.
Max, you are a very sharp pilot. Your quick, accurate attention to detail is truly impressive.
One of my classmates flew P3’s out of Moffit. Great view of one of the original blimp hangers on takeoff. They are big enough that they have their own atmosphere inside.
Judging by Max’s beard shadow he could have a mustache in two days tops
That beautiful approach to Jackson Hole never gets old!
I bet Steven smells like a father figure. I love how attentive he is while you speak to your viewers. You both have a good back and forth to keep the audience entertained while maintaining the upmost professionalism. great work team!

2 professionals at the top of their game folks.
Godspeed N2RF

friggin loves these guys, such nice guys and incredibly professional, brilliant CRM.
I remember flying in on a C-130 at Moffit and a bald eagle went through the LE between 3 & 4 engine. Made quit a hole but did not get in the throttle cables. Safe flying fellows.
Rode the motorcycle out in the Tetons this summer. Really cool watching the aircraft landing at Jackson Hole! Absolutely beautiful area!
Thanks for the video, Max. The AT on this aircraft is brilliant.
Man, Chef's kiss on that stache!
Spent a little of my military career out of Moffett. Glad you had the opportunity to fly in/out of there.
Two excellent pilots
Thank you!!
Loved the checklist at the beginning. Seen a lot of your videos but it’s the first time I’ve acknowledged you have “smoke goggles”. Just had to google what they were and they make perfect sense. Great video again.
Great flight Max and Steven. Thanks for letting us know how the issue was dealt with at the end there, really great info!
You have to talk about the "remodel" of the hangars at Moffett. Enormous rebuild of the (Navy) hanger.

Thank you for watching! Appreciate it
Great flight as usual, Thanks for the ride-a-long!!!

It’s called a “handlebar” ‘stache!
Love the advanced avionics, but that just means more things that can act up. I love Jackson Hole landings !!
Excellent video and great content. Crazy that 39 minutes of footage inside the cockpit can be so interesting, so kudos to you guys. Safe travels!

Great flight Max, thanks to you and Seven for taking us along. My buddy lives east of Jackson Hole, on the east side of Togwotee pass, and has been dealing with the Fish Creek fire, it has burning for about two months now
Hey Max saw you landing yesterday at KHOU when I was watching ADS-B exchange...glad to have you in town. So love your channel.
CRM in full effect ! Excellent!
Max and Steven good to see you back. I was stationed at Moffett from 1989 - 1993 good to see that they are putting the cladding back on Hangar 1.
That moustache would work very well here in Australia where November has become Movember and involves fund-raising for men’s mental health. Very topical mo.
Thank you for the ride along, great flight.
That’s cool. I worked right there at LM years ago. Love the blimp hanger. Thanks for the videos.
Max, I recon you could definitely get a good Handle Bar mustache going! Another gorgeous flight. All the best.😁
Great video Max, great CRM, thanks for the jump seat ride!
Great Flight!
Thanks for taking me along!

9:15 - I remember living in Mountain View. Every so often it sounded like F-18's dog-fighting each other around downtown. LOL.
Great video.

The old hanger for the airships is so awesome to see
Moffett certainly was an interesting place to fly out of back in the old sub hunting days. Never flew to Jackson Hole out of there though!
Go Max and Stephen! Safe Travels Always ! Don't forget the Chocolate Chip Cookies! Best, Uncle Rudy
Awesome vid! I enjoy watching you and Steven work together very much. Cheers From Australia
They needed to file a separate flight plan just for Steven’s mustache. And with that Orbit gum, you know he’s minty fresh at any flight level! Anyone else just want to catch a whiff of this man?
Another banger Max!!

Nice flight Max and excellent customer service from Cessna/Textron.
Great flight, buttered landing and an epic moustache. Not to mention, great views even if a bit smoky.
Really enjoyed the flight. I hope we get to see Steve fly the home leg. Max, great job.
Mate that was some flight... you both handled it like pros... great vlog Max
Great Video. Nice to see the new bird.
Great Job guys! What an Upgrade!
Classic pilot facial hair! Awesome. Bigger and you step into Fire Chief realm 😊
Very nice flight and cockpit task management.
Great video!😊
Learning more & more for my sim… thanks Max 😎 ✈️
Have walked around Moffett and visited the museum. Really cool Place
With a pair of aviators and that tache Steven is basically Goose from Top Gun. 😎
That is one beautiful aircraft! Love your content. Please keep them coming!
Steven's radio voice is top flight!! None better!! Mustache and gum .... ehhhh..... might want to rethink those.
Wright-Patt has one of those dirigeable hangers (though smaller) and I was always fascinated by those.
Aging ex ppl pilot, I wish i could fly again, shame i never fly in one of those Citations - It always amazes me how great those planes are.

Good job fellas. Keep up the great work.
Great video! Thanks! I'd like to see more....
That was pretty cool and I don't mind the jet lag for a while. Even the Orbit chewing gum got to the flight level this time.
Thanks Max! Nice one!
Yeah, another superb video. You guys rock!
Would love to know what Steven did in the military. Carries himself like an SF sorta guy.
What a cool job! I’m jealous ! Great show!
Incredible plane - great ride Max!
