The 105 is a lot smaller than these to and much more of an everyday watch , how you watches my reviews of it ? I've done both the black and white models and a comparison with the 104 which is still my favourite of the two . ua-cam.com/video/GGnl6_HzHB4/v-deo.htmlsi=N-OGK8DOO-aPzLHs
I have the U2 with steel bezel and case on a rubber strap. It's the ultimate travel daily watch. Can withstand anything and its eye-catching. I think the still looks far more badass than the black.
Nice review as ever, although I don't understand why you're comparing these two particular models. OK they're both Sinn divers, but they're not variants of the same model. Owning the U1 MOP myself, I was about to say exactly what you yourself said regarding it most definitely looks its best outdoors.
The U2 is a very underrated model you never really see them in the wild so I thought it would be good to see a side by side comparison of the two models in black, Due to the price the U1 must out sell the U2 by 10 to 1 im guessing
I'm sure you've mentioned this before, but how has the black U2 bracelet held up over time? Has the PVD coating started chipping? Also do you know if if it does chip, can Sinn re-apply during servicing? Thanks
Honestly its still looks great , the other day I dropped my 144 black anniversary model one the road and it didn't leave a single mark ps No they cant repair it
Hi Barry , thank for sharing your “reviews Sinn watches my thoughts are simple: prices are very overpriced for same “clasps” same engineering etc., they should stuck with same price not for Asia vibes on Sinn’s brand! You can buy a Tudor for same price and it’s a must better quality watch than Sinn my 105 UTC The thread’s have always been bit off aligned compared with my other Sinn models all that said awesome U1 ( your 10 year old model) awesome! Hope my U50 , 104, 105 and 356 still be awesome, not a flipper, just love watches it’s a decease amigo ! Wishing you all the best mate
Hi matey , the cheapest Tudor with a bezel is the BB which starts at £3.8k the U1 is £2.4 and so is a lot more affordable , The U2 Black is more expensive but blows the BB out the watch with its GMT , Teg Case , 2k WR and AR plus its ability to withstand temperatures , Ive heard of problems with the lume falling out of the bezel of Tudors , Not saying Tudors are bad I love them but a BB cant compare with a U2 . All the best
I love this brand and it’s watches. I have longed for a U2 for ages. I like the U1 but the mother of pearl business isn’t for me. So so so unnecessary. But even more necessary. I need help Btw what do you think of fortis? I quite like some of their lines
Hi Barry, it's an easy one for me: the U2 has the superior movement and is more versatile than the U1, with its GMT functionality. Both are too big for me though. LG Bob ⌚ 🍻
I wish Sinn made a U50 with the U2 hands, would be an instant buy for me.
I agree with you but you would have to also change the hour markers
@@ClickSpringReview you're absolutely right 👍
I love the Lego hand enough I bought the u50sdr
I do love the U50 👍🏻
Great review, the question is like which child do you love most. The perfect two watch collection
That would be the UX 😁 ps thanks 👍🏻
I love Sinn but looking for a slightly smaller UTC, 105 on bracelet. Thank you for sharing!

Both are cool, I've owned two U2's 15 years in total and both were been black ones so for me I always picture the model as this colour
I own both (U1 Blue and U2) couldn't choose just one.
I don't have a U1 but I may have one or two other myself Dean ;)

@@ClickSpringReview Yes I agree. I've just managed to buy a U2 White from a Japanese seller - feel much better now I have a U1 and a U2 in white 😁
Cool I've never handled the white model

@@ClickSpringReview thanks good to know
The U2 is the clear winner!!!!
Both are lovely but I'm with you 👍🏻

So so so unnecessary. But even more necessary.
I need help
Btw what do you think of fortis? I quite like some of their lines
I do like Fortis and was hoping to review some but unfortunately they said because of Brexit they will no longer send any watches to the UK for review
Usual great review. I’d stick with your original. I like the U1, but I think I’d prefer a plainer version to this.
Thanks matey I was never a fan of the U1 but over the last 14 years i've soften to it now LOL

They are a little but after a bit I don't notice it so much , yeah the U2 is on another level when compared to the U1 Bob 😎
The U2's my grail.
Its an over looked model, good choice 👍🏻
Personally the U2 as it's a more interesting watch.
I agree but the U2 has never been a big seller for Sinn
U2 FTW
Good Choice
We clearly need a U2 Mother of Pearl edition.
Now you your talking I like your thinking
Not a mop fan, I'd go u2
Thats fair enough 👍🏻
Too large!
Depends on your wrist size if you have a 8 inch wrist somebody may say there to small mate
