I saw my old house! So much has changed since 1965, yet the beauty here is timeless. I would challenge you to depart from that highway a couple miles in any direction to see how nice this area really is. I still live here after all these years.
There are planty gorgeous areas in the world that we'd never have heard of if it weren't for movies. This area is without doubt one of many. Thank you for your video.
Port angeles local here. since 2018. Its really gone downhill tbh with homeless/addicts. I don't recommend living her or trying to settle down and start a family because housing here is not only ridiculously hard to find but also you're paying Seattle prices for a 1 bedroom apartment or if you can even find a house you're gonna drop 120k min, for a run down 2 bed home that hasnt been coded or had any up keep since the 90s...it's a horrid place to start a family/life here. All the teens are wannabe gang members/trouble makers and a lot of them are smoking weed/vaping. Or even doing meth or blues over here. Cause this town is full of meth/blues addicts. And rent and taxes/utilities keep going up and up each month. Making the cost of living here horrible.
This thing is happening in a lot of places around the world. Unaffordable housing, more and more homeless people, addicts in the city centrum in the middle of the day.. I'm from Belgium, I was thinking how Port Angeles looked like such a nice, peaceful place. We do not have such landscapes where I'm from, it is beautiful.
@@ASunnyAdventure I have dashcam videos there but my video quality is nothing close to yours. I love that area, even I was planning to move to Forks but there's not enough job for me to survive. ua-cam.com/video/0TpcBdNk_m4/v-deo.html

Yep. It's a dump.
What do you think of Beaver?
@@drizzt8965 you're better off in Sequim or Yakima.
Been a local for 5 years huh? Go back where you came from, I'm sure that's a better place for ya. 😊

Somewhere around Forks could be my place to live for the rest of my life If I don't have to work
It's a beautiful area. You might get a little wet, though.

@@opaarthib15 I understand about the jobs. Your video is nice. I like the music. Since I did this video, I've started to use Epidemic Sound, too.
