What do you need to know about composer Robert MacIntosh? Also known as "Red Rob," he was born circa 1745 in Tulliemet, Perthshire. He would go on to be one of the most recognized composers of Scottish dance music, composing hundreds of pieces.
Holly and Vanessa fell in love with this tune in Mendocino. California, in 2019 at Lark Music Camp when they heard Ryan MacKasson perform it. You can find this track and more on their first album "Mirrors of Elsewhere: Scotland."
