This performance elevated V's album to new heights, the band, the back up singers, Kim Taehyung - all perfection. Curvy flutes- hilarious.
Taehyung not only the best singer, artist, composer, but also the best person, he really respects his musician his band, and let them shine, he knows he is a BIG plataform and he let them to shine so magically as we all know how great are all of them!!

my opinion here is that we need to start including taehyung more in conversations about best vocalists in kpop bc that man has been singing LIVE at every promotion and he has sounded exactly like the studio recordings every single time but he’s adding his own twists as well❤❤❤
Tae's "first take" performance got h0e$ mad so bad cuz how dare Taehyung sound exactly like studio while singing in just one take with a mic that even records slightest sounds like gulping and all! Moreover he changed the notes so effortlessly like HOW DARE HE BE THIS CONFIDENT

Quien conoce a V, sabe que su felicidad está llena de muy pequeños momentos en donde se permite ser él mismo. Para muchos esta separación momentánea de BTS es catastrófica. No es así. Cada uno de los chicos de BTS tuvo la oportunidad de hacer lo que quería. V era uno de los más reacios. Pero lo esperábamos más porque sabemos lo grandioso que es. Tan gentil y tan dedicado cuando decide hacer algo sin las las alas protectoras de sus hermanos. V ama la Bossa Nova y el jazz y Blues. Y mezcló sutilmente todo en estos temas dando sustanciales diferencias para mostrar un ritmo en el video y otro en las presentaciones. Él es genial. Y sis 142 de IQ. Se notan. V es el gran director detrás de muchas decisiones y busco una aliada en Adora.

When V performs you can't take your eyes off him, his stage presence is so captivating and mesmerizing. Loved the chemistry he had with the whole band, they were all just having fun & vibing!! Am so happy V put out music that he loves & is timeless. It's the kind of songs we can go back to & listen over and over again. I can't say enough of his voice, man it's soulful, warm, sexy & seductive, it pulls you in and tugs at your heartstrings. Thank you V for showering us with so much love, your whole album and Music Videos are masterpieces!!😍👏👏👍💜💜💜

Oh, how I adore this performance. Oh, how V captures my heart and soul singing his jazz. Oh, to be in a jazz lounge with perfect lounge lighting, sipping on a drink, tapping to the beat, and sponging up the mood. Oh, to be there in person. Oh, to exist in that vibe with those "curvy flutes" and keys and drums and strums. Oh, to live that life. Oh, to be with V!
Note. I so much prefer V's songs without the distraction of his MV's. I was able to listen to the lyrics much more clearly. I could feel V's vibe so clearly tbrough his body language. He lives and breaths this music. He speaks his truth. This IS V to his core. And yes, we as Army waited patiently. But really. What a tease. I feel we got an appetizer when really I hunger for "meat". For longer songs. Songs that linger. However, watching V enjoy every groovy note of the music only is everything. I feel that music is some of the best I've ever heard. Some jazz I get tired of listening too. But this. This is a warm comfy blanket moment with your loved one. Sitting in front of a cracklin' fireplace drinking homemade hot chocolate. Yum. (I grew up with my mom making it homemade before you could buy it as a made up mix in a box. It's so much more delicious.)
I really love his music vibe.. his soul & performance (show) arrangement too.. Hope we will see more his multi genius in his future. Wish him success forever..😊💜🫶🏼

That flute is actually a soprano saxophone.
The other saxophone, what was that one, I know it wasn’t the normal size, is there one called bass saxophone? And for some reason I thought the smaller one was called an alto…lol I just know they sat behind me (clarinet) in band.
Just looked it up, they are the soprano, alto, and tenor. He was playing the soprano and tenor ones.

Thank you for this reaction Roscoe! Excellent performance from Taehyung and the band. Each and every one of them was in the zone. Full marks to Taehyung - that is the mark of an artist confident in his talent and selflessly letting his band member step into the spotlight and play his heart out. What a contrast to a big name artist I saw at the NOLA Jazz Festival - he had a full band with him, they were playing his well-loved hits and some new songs, but what niggled at me was the fact that the big screen showed him and only him. I kinda liked him less after that. BTS always give their band and dancers credit and thank them; members have been seen to hug their dancers at the end of the concert.
I laughed at your comment on Taehyung's outfit - that is Tae Tae style and usually only Taehyung can carry off the look. I mean, who else can wear those sequinned outfits in the Love me Again mv? And yes, Taehyung in a jazz bar in NOLA would be a perfect vibe.

Hi, does anyone know of any other album that would sound like V and his band?
I did a web search for a 3 octave baritone, r&b, light jazz. It returned lists of the best American baritones Elvis, Perry Como, Sinatra, Buble,etc. of whom I’m familiar, and so is V 😂😂. But suggestions for albums by Luther Vandross (also on the list)or anyone are welcome if you know anything that gives Layove vibe, especially Blue and Love Me Again, and Blue.
