When I used the formula, I did not arrive at that figure as the answer so can any please type how it was derived so I see where my mistake came from. Thanks.
How to simulate one positive displacement pump like piston pump in HYSYS Sir? if not Do you know which simulation software using for this problem. Thanks for your replies
Thanks for the lecture I have one problem. Even though I entered temp, pressure, mass flow rate and composition in water inlet, the flow doesn't work out which keeps showing "Unknown Flow Rate". How could I fix this?
Thank you. there is a problem in the formula of the pump required power. the required power is directly proportional to density not inversely proportional.
Why do you select Peng Robinson for water? You made us understood that Peng Robinson is for Hydrocarbons
Yes it is true.it was just for comparison. You should use here ASTM steam as property package
Good work 👏🥳👍❤
Why you not selected ASME steam or Steam NBS fluid package

yes same i am getting the same issue with answer, when i applied on our industry pumps and Equipements.
Plz make more video's of unit operations on apen hysis

why did you divide it by the destiny of the fluid to find the power?
the formula for power with density in denominator is correct if flow is in mass flow terms.
ur really great
