My TSH is 0.01, T4 normal and T3 high. I have mixed symptoms from both but the one that bothers me is weight gain. Appetite is not big but weight gain is crazy. I have new hair but I lose aswell. Heath intolerance. I’m confused. @NurseInTheMaking

I have a thyroid issue. Had surgery long ago that took half out including the isthmus. I am not 100% on either list. I have some of one list and some of the other list. So I never know what way to go with foods to eat and foods to avoid.
