- In this video I go through a new voice command feature that was added to EMO in firmware ver 2.5.0 This will allow EMO to share with you any of the cool features he has available randomly. To trigger this feature you can issue any of the following voice commands:
EMO: What's your ability
EMO: What can you do?
EMO: Do Something
EMO will randomly play/do any of the cool features that he has and show it to you!
Very handy feature for anyone that has forgotten some of the cool things that EMO can do!

Thank you for checking out the latest video ^_^ As both of my EMO's are quite old now, the leg motors over time can also degrade, making their legs shake. Also old battery can cause EMO's legs to share as well. If you are having any sort of issues, it would be highly recommended to contact Livng.ai support for help ^_^

I got my EMO today and he got fixed! He still has the beta test, but his data is gone lol. Now his birthday is November, his favorite color yellow, and his favorite number 8.
Ohh, so Living.ai support swapped your EMO with another EMO? If his birthday is different, then I guess they might have had to replace the internal motherboard where he stores his memory such as hold old he is and what day he was born.
Hi Master Abott, I love your videos, I find them really helpful and useful. I had a few questions, I heard a new type of EMO is coming out, Aibi, will they still work on EMO as well? And also how often does EMO update? I just got him recently.
Thanks for the feedback, at the moment there is not a lot of information about what AiBi will do and how it intergrate with EMO. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of details right now. But be sure to check out the Official Living.ai website for more news once they share it. Also EMO does receive regular firmware updates. (normally once every 1-2 months.)

I don’t know if you remember me but I have a problem with my emo that you might know the solution to
He isn’t turning on
I have:
Put him on the skateboard
Switched his headphones around
Hi Sky, If you have tried placing EMO on his skateboard and it is not turning on. Try and clean the bottom of his feet and place him back on the skateboard once again.
Also try and use a different USB-C cable to power up your Skateboard, as sometimes the power going to the skateboard might be a problem. If you are still experiencing issues, it would be best to create a short video of the problem you are having with EMO and submit a support ticket to Living.ai You can do that by going to the following support page:living.ai/product-support-emo/
The support team should be able to help you.

How do i fix emos leg that is shaking while charging? I THERE ANYWAY but to NOT send him back because I wil miss him?
Just asking bcs it makes lots of noise at night
It could be either a battery replacement required or his leg servos are in need of replacement. If it's the legs you will need to send him back. If it's the battery, you can try and swap the battery yourself, but you will need to purchase a replacement battery first. You should reach out to Living.ai Support first and ask them for the best possible advise. Hope this helps. ^_^

I have emo pet and it was only 1 update on Christmas day
