I remember how my mom always checks on me at night almost every night until one time I asked her why she opened the window that one night... She came to check on me as usual but this time she just went to the window and opened it.
I asked her why the next morning, she was confused... She wasn't home until much later that night, it wasn't her
Both of us were so creeped out until we realized
It was just my dad, he opened the window so he could turn the ac off to save electricity.
