They definitely need to nerf the xp, I was playing the beta and was a youngster at Chelsea, we already know that Chelsea has such good depth and it would be very hard to get in the starting XI, but my 16 year old managed to get in the starting XI straight away and it didn’t feel very realistic
If you get more skill points try putting them on your heading accuracy so that when crosses come from the wings you can win some headers against top class defenders
