My exam is knocking at the door, being a topper the level of pressure is higher for me than other this video gives me motivation.

Pressure is for scoring HIGHEST in class not for scoring better Marks.
I feel you too.. Getting decent marks is good but the pressure of getting the highest marks than others is soo heavy.... Fear of someone getting high marks than us will be greater than fear of us getting good marks.... I felt it in my entire schooling time.... I am finally out of it now.... All the best to you too ..
i am in that situation and i was in quarantine for 1 week i am starting the week and i have exams in a week i am very depressed being first in the class a great responsibility always requires success but if we want we can do it if we want we can do it just work hard if anxiety is not enough and watching videos from here will motivate more

Right being a topper is very depressing. I entrolled the university with highest mark but I was just an average student in high school. Even though I didn't feel anything when I took entrance exam Now I am having heay anxiety even for a small tutorial. I just want to be an average grade student again. I can't handle this anxiety. Please give me some advice.

Btw I am not good at giving advice but still whenever you feel anxious and feel like giving up remember how far u have came , remember ur dreams,remember the life style u have promised to urself. It will make u motivated. Drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep,eat healthy,get some exercise or yoga, and at last take a deep breath and say " I can do this "
