Hi! I would purchase and install some brass knobs (same colour as the shelve support bits), to make it cohesive. In the meantime, I'd keep the silver ones. (Sorry if there are any mistakes, english is not my first language.) 🙂
Yeah great idea I do love brass. You can’t really see the shelf supports once the shelves sit on top of them and all my other accents in this room are either silver or wooden so to be honest either ones I have do look really nice in this room xx

I think the wooden goes well with the top of the unit. You could paint the wooden ones or spray the metal ones ( which in truth look a little small to me ) or buy some others.

You did a great job with the shelf styling! That lamp is a good idea where there is no socket or you don’t want to see any wires.
They are super handy to have all round the house!! Even to use outside! 🤎
