  • Today I'm making Japanese cotton sponge cake! Very airy and vanilla! You can cook it yourself without difficulty!
    Ingredients:
    Eggs 5 pcs
    Flour 100g
    Milk 100ml
    Butter 100g
    Sugar 40g
    Bake in a water bath for 80 minutes at 180C degrees.

    I'm wondering if you need to let it cool down, or eat it warm? I believe I heard something about vanilla?

      You definitely need to let it cool down and you can eat :)
