- Today I'm making Japanese cotton sponge cake! Very airy and vanilla! You can cook it yourself without difficulty!
Ingredients:
Eggs 5 pcs
Flour 100g
Milk 100ml
Butter 100g
Sugar 40g
Bake in a water bath for 80 minutes at 180C degrees.

You definitely need to let it cool down and you can eat :)
