You should totally start taking the prenatals now. It’s wise to get all of those vitamins into your system prior to pregnancy because you’re pregnant weeks before you find out you’re pregnant.
I started taking prenatals and Folic Acid about 6 months before getting pregnant at 39. Im 40 and have a healthy baby boy that just turned 1. It had been over 17 yrs + since having my last child. Also best breast pump...hands down BABY BUDDHA. Portable small and has awesome suction power. Totally underrated!!!!!! #Babybuddha

You should be taking a prenatal vitamin if you are trying to conceive because it has folate or folic acid...very important to build up folate in your system BEFORE pregnancy. Best wishes

Taking vitex (chasteberry) can help as well! Just check with your doctor so it doesn’t interfere with any medication
