There are big differences in credentials injection using HCP or OSS .. this is not transparently documented :( we are using HCP for one corporation and decided to integrate OSS in a different company, noticing, that SSH keys are NOT injected. too bad... Credential injection for SSH is not possible.
Thanks so much for reaching out @JannikZ SSH Credential Injection is an HCP only feature, whereas Credential Brokering is available for both OSS & HCP. We write a bit about this in our blog: www.hashicorp.com/blog/boundary-0-10-expands-credential-management-and-admin-ui-iam-workflows And document this here: developer.hashicorp.com/boundary/docs/concepts/domain-model/targets#ssh-target-attributes-hcp-only. We should definitely have a feature matrix published to make this less opaque.
Hey JannikZ, we now have an OSS & HCP Boundary feature matrix published here: www.hashicorp.com/products/boundary/pricing Thank you again for the feedback!
