😂 Greg, true story, after we assembled it I (Daniel) almost crashed the stroller when trying to take it for a test run. I'm not sure if this one is made for running!
Thank you so much Merton and Sue! We love shooting these videos because we end up learning just as much as y'all do watching. They are amazing organizers and keeping your RV, or a home for that matter, better organized makes a world of difference! We hope you're having a wonderful week! Lauren + Daniel
Yeah.... that 4 min folding procedure on the baby clothes will last about a week once that bundle of love gets here. Lol. Looks good in theory... NOW... the containers under the cabinet. OMGoodness. That scratched an itch, for sure!
Thanks, Journey in Peace! I (Daniel) also love it. If nothing else, it gives me peace of mind. I also have terrible allergies, so every little bit helps!!!!
We have the leer cap, but with the sliding side windows (with screens). Would definitely get the windows that open up like your airstream cabinets if I were to do it again.
Great tips!! Take it from an old guy, no matter how much you prepare you are never quite ready for the baby..LOL. one thing I do know life will never be the same but in most ways it will be much better. ✌
You guys were right😊 enjoyed this video as well. Wish you had listed which containers you used. This video went pretty quick so it was hard to write stuff down😕 however we still enjoyed it and look forward to seeing y’all in the next video. Be SAFE 💕🤗
Thanks, prrthead21! We'll work on creating a list of the bins for you. The one we use for all of the overhead compartments is called - storage bin, clear, 5 5/8" x 14" x 7"h. I'm not sure if the UPC would help, but it's 10080923. We small containters we put inside of these is from iDesign and it's called - tall organizer modular system, stackable, 3.25 in x 4.75 in x 5 in.
@@Wanderlocal wow, thank you. I wish we lived closer to one of the Container Stores. It’s about an hour to 1/2 hour ride from Ocala one way 🤪😜 Any help you can give us is greatly appreciated. Please take care and Be Safe💕😊
A.R.E. is what we chose for truck cap. Always love when you have Xiomara! I love her organization skills! Looks like a great space for the new little one! Exciting times for you 🤗
😆. Those small containers for socks and shoes will last about a whole of 9 months. I raised 4 boys in a motor home for 4 years. Best advise is outdoor living. Weather proof stuff for toys and learn to say no. Spend time together adventuring less time inside
🙌 Another SOLID comment! We're with you. More time outdoors adventuring is going to be so important. We currently spend too much time inside. Hopefully, the little one will force us to venture out more often!!! L+D
Hi, Friend! Yes, please save this one. In total, there are 3 organizational videos - and all of them are must-saves! Oh, and we agree. This stroller is CRAZY off the charts. 😂 Lauren + Daniel
Definitely recommend the RSI Smart Cap. It is a stainless steel Cap, with a rear glass door and two gull-wing doors on the sides that should last forever. It is strong enough to support the weight of bikes or canoes on top. I went with the commercial model for the increased protection and I’m going to have it painted to match the truck. David Robshaw posted some pictures of his, the same model, June 6 of last year in Airstream Addicts
A baby does change things up! You'll find after a few months You'll change a few things. I'm with Daniel, my trailer is organized mess! The trailer is my domain and as I do all the cooking the kitchen is set up for my style. My wife only knows where the basics are. Both of you stay safe.
I have a folding wooden mini crib from Amazon (Dream on Me 3 in 1 Portable Folding Stationary Side Crib) that I purchased with the upgraded 3 inch mattress. I got a mattress pad and fitted sheets to fit it from American Baby Company. That crib should fit in your space but is a better quality solution than just a pack-n-play. It’s 41” long x 26” wide x 40” tall, has three levels, and will last until they are ready to move into a bed.
@@Wanderlocal Dream on Me also makes another wooden mini crib that doesn’t fold. Something else to look into too (I needed the folding version so I can store it under a bed when the visiting baby is not here).
We have the Retrax Pro XR on our truck. It is really great quality and has given us so much safe, out-of-site storage. It locks too. Also, you can put rails above it for a truck box (more storage), bike rack or kayak rack.
The baby book we got from the hospital when she born said to feed her am amount of formula each time but she wouldn't let go of the bottle until she got the amount she wanted I would have to flip her over unscrew the first bottle and then put the new one on and flip her back over
James, they give you books at the hospital?! There's so much we don't know yet. We're taking some kind of online class, but there doesn't seem to be a general consensus on a lot of things. Everyone seems to have their own techniques. 😬 L+D
You will have to learn what your baby is telling you what they want and need like our daughter. want to be feed and changed at the same time just make sure you stay calm what ever happens and keep a calming voice so they know their loved
Leslie, we loved the label maker so much we bought one! Oh, and we're still in the dark on gender. It's going to be a surprise to us all! Half of the family thinks it's a girl, and the other half thinks it's a boy. We'll find out soon enough! 😬 Lauren + Daniel
Great video as usual. It is so good to keep going through things and re-organize. Staying organized is definitely a lot of work for sure!. They do such a great job keeping things organized for you. Ps, I think your air filter is good to keep:)
Thank you so much, Megan! It's always good to hear from you. How are things going with your LV? And, how are your three adorable yorkies. They are so precious. 😍
Thanks for sharing so much info. We’ll start full-timing next week. How did you mount the ring camera/doorbell on your Airstream? (We currently have one on our sticks and bricks.)
Hi, Singing Preacher! Excellent question. I (Daniel) used double sided 3M VHB tape on the back of the plate, then when in position ran a bead of silicone around the edges. It hasn't budged an inch and we've driven thousands of miles with it affixed to the outside. If you're getting an Airstream, you'll want the Ring with the battery pack. I charge it approximately once per month.
Hi, Dolores! It's pricey, but we love the heck out of this little printer. We've started to label everything, and the graphics are large compared to most printers. Here's the link - www.amazon.com/dp/B07HB8LNSY/?ref=idea_lv_dp_ov_d
How many parents with older kids are shaking their heads thinking wow I just put my foot in front of the tires for brakes, or, I could put my kid in the car seat from the front seat? 😆
Hi, Debbie! We love this printer. Here's the link for it - www.amazon.com/dp/B07HB8LNSY?tag=onamzwanderlo-20&linkCode=ssc&creativeASIN=B07HB8LNSY&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.174EKWJ465YUA
Baby needs feeding every two hours along with a changing and a change of clothes because of the mess when eating and don't believe everything you read in the baby books because the baby can't read and only knows what it wants
Show us you can run with the new stroller! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️ G

This was great. Learned alot and can't wait for your baby's arrival.

I love my leer cap

Matthew, thank you so much for the tip! I'm (Daniel) still doing my homework on caps, so this is very helpful.
A.R.E Revo with a Bedslide.
Marty, this is definitely one that I've (Daniel) had my eye on. It's a great looking cap, too, and the bed slide is a must!

Zachary, until you mentioned this cap it wasn't even on my (Daniel) radar. Now, it might be my favorite!!!
Can Xiomara & Frank drive thru NC… Hickory specifically b4 they head to Arizona?
Mary, they are traveling up north towards Maine in a few months. We'll have to ask them. Lauren + Daniel

😂 Isn't that how it works?!?! In all seriousness, y'all need some of these container options. Total game changer! L+D
How do we find Lilly?? The organizer.
Lisa, you can find her through her website at www.lillysorganizing.com/. She's the BEST! Tell her you found out about her from us! 💙

Don't put the baby car seat behind the driver because my kid like d to pull on the seatbelt while I was driving
