Is it fake bags?
The made in China is Authentic/Real as I bought it from Longchamp website but the made in France I'm not sure if it is real as I bought it from ebay but the seller said that it is real. What do you think of the made in France one? Thanks for watching & commenting.
@@simplysilent2980 Both bags are authentic but, from my experience, the bags made in China are not Longchamp quality. I have bags made in France, Tunisia and Romania that are of high quality.

my Made in China is more high quality than Made in Tunisia. I love both and bought them at the Longchamp website.
I bought recently in Hongkong in the outlet of longchamp and made in china. So longchamp its not only producing in france but also in China and Tunisia. The quality its not as good as made in France since its so stiffed the handle and the fabrics of the bag its more thicker in my opinion.
They both look real, but the one made in China was stitched and constructed with better precision. I like precise stitching and construction, so I would choose the China one over the France for myself to carry.
They are both real, longchamp bags are made not just in France, but also China and other countries.

Hi! I like your comparison. I have both bags that are made in France and China. What's weird is if you buy yours in a boutique anywhere in Europe (atleast in my experience) it's made in China. When my Mum bought some in a boutique from Shanghai, China it's made in France. So yeah, I'm confused as well. 🤷🏼♀️
I just got a couple of Longchamp le Pliage and the travel bag from Neiman Marcus last call, both were made in China, they were nice and I like them.

For me both bags seem to be real. The only major difference is the leather used. And that probably effects the heat stamping. They might also use little different machines so the heat stamps and stitching looks a bit different. The label and the model number also fits the bag type and color.

Where did you buy the blue one? I think both of your bags are real. I have 3 of these, 1 made in France 1 China, 1 Tunisia. They all have subtle differences but the made in Tunisia one is not as clean looking as the others. My made in China one has the boldest stamp on the flap like yours. I think they use local leathers etc so there must be subtle differences where they’re made. Mine are from reputable stores so I have to believe all are real. I did complain about the Tunisia one but the store reassured me. Its not Chanel quality (or price) but I do like le pliage totes.

My first Le Pliage was a gift, almost 13 years ago. I checked and it was made in China. The leather is super soft and flexible though, unlike what you have posted here. Maybe the quality has gone down?

Made in China is real. The hardware looks authentic, the markings are clear. The stamp on the leather is also detailed. The one from France is obviously fake. I'm sure its not even made in France.

Thank you so much for this - . I had a possibly older Le Pliage but wasn't sure....it had "Les Pliages" on the back, but it also said "shopping bag" after it. Also, below the Longchamp zipper pull it said "Paris" instead of "1948".
Just looking over these videos on LC. So interesting as some people reckon fake bags’ diamond pattern is elongated vertically but this confirms it’s not true - your authentic one is like this. I thrifted a preloved LC backpack and it’s diamond pattern is more vertical so I’m thinking mine is authentic, everything else checks out fine. TFS!

My zipper has the same YKK T but 4 and not 45
Under the bottom of the popper I have long champ written twice.
My handle of the bag has a black piece of straw like plastic that I suppose keep the shape of the handle.
Just seeing the leather inside makes it clear
I bought one at La Valle Village (a factory outlet at France) and it said “made in china”. And until now, I still believe it’s a real one. Unlike one of my friend insisted to return to the FO coz she thought it was a fake one and insisted that LC la pliage should be made in France 😁🤭

There’s hardly a difference. I like the blue colour more but the details of black looks better.

My Longchamp is made in Tunisia.and actually has two pockets on eatch side.i think they changed.tell me if i am wrong.
The newer models now have two interior pockets. One is larger then the other.
Hi! Portugal here! Bought the original shopping model black and camel 2 years ago, there is 2 pockets and it says "made in Tunisia". Happy 2022 everyone!

China bag looks more authentic... the made in France looks fake to me... if I was the manufacturer and saw that kind of stitching I would be ashamed to sell it.. bad stitching means bad quality. I wouldn’t even buy it just cause of the bad stitching

The one from China is the authentic one, the one from France is a knock off. I'm seeing so many Le Pliage bags at around 20 dollars which has a tag that they're made in France.
But really, the fake ones look so similar to the original. The one that's tagged as "Made in Farnce" is a good replica. Anyway, does the fabric between the two is significant?
not to much difference, I guess a lot depends if you are wearing black or Navy, Then you would want the matching bag! I wonder which would hold up better, what do they look like 3 years from now? great comparison video!

I really can’t tell you wether the one Made in France is real or fake but if it is it was pretty well done 🤔✨
the made in china has more sheen to it, it may slightly appear shiny or glossy
I would like to add that made in china the leather is stiff but has thicker nylon, so if you are planning to buy longer handles it will be uncomfortable in the shoulders. I have one made in vietnam and the leather is soft but the nylon is quite thin but is very comfortable in the shoulders. So both have pros and cons.

Only the large handle models are made in France. Other models are manufactured by Longchamp in China. This, and the fact that your blue bag does not have the "Longchamp" name embossed in the leather makes me think it is odd.

My longchamp la pliage small bag does not have ‘Longchamp Paris’ written on the tag. It just says this ‘Made in FRANCE 0706109 SPE SEG 1621089CS203’, do you guys this this is authentic? Pls pls pls reply 🥺 thank you.
Both bags are real. There are manufacturers in France, China and Tunisia.
we can see from the inside tag, LIG isn't france country code, LIG should be china, only my opinion sorry if i'm wrong 😁

Always surprised when more expensive fashion is made in China, but I really shouldn't be, so so many are nowadays (I mean, if Burberry is made there, Longchamp shouldn't surprise me I guess)! They do really look so similar (apart from the color ofc). Although I would never be able to tell you the authenticity of the Made in France one :O

Simply Silent I just checked my longchamp bags, all of them are Made in France. I love how they’re made and the stitching was somewhat crooked, thus, it gives more character and it is looks like they’re handmade.
