Hi Jawad, I have a tutorial on my channel for making the perovskite crystal structure (ua-cam.com/video/SIuQzMfOkGk/v-deo.html). I usually just add the layers above or below that for the ETL/HTL. I also have a free perovskite structure already made that you can download from gumroad and another video explaining how to use that file (ua-cam.com/video/WqZe6lxWzKs/v-deo.html). Hope that helps.
If it is I haven't discovered it in the text options. Usually I add in a separate text object that I have scaled down and then parent it to the larger text
