Though it can get difficult since I work with big servers, I am experiences and love helping others which is what makes you love your job.
I used to be a mod for los angeles roleplay,i played on phone and used ipad discord,was the hardest thing ive ever done,i had to use several tabs just to go on shift and on break everytime i go afk for at least even 1 minute and i has to key in everything in the logs for example whenever i kicked someone i would had to log it in to discord logs for the server and the mods in there are so strict they even abuse and make fun of other mods,professional but rude atttitude,thats why i love this server so much compared to the rest,thank you mods❤

That server sucks, was doing a backflip an then they tazed abused me, cuffabuse, and spawn kill.
I remember the good days of RCRP I am still a member I wish all moderators were chill.
I mean it’s hard at the moment because that’s at least 1 or 2 staff members on at a time.
I was a passed junior mod of the old RCRP, those were the good old days.
You are the perfect moderator, you are so chill and dont kick those who dont have discord.

Ahh the art of the exclamation mark. My career as a founder of Texas State Roleplay (a group that used to have 2,000+ members before multiple raids), was filled with the use of exclamation marks. It made the players more welcome, and it was the reason why a lot of our players stayed. I taught my staff to use exclamation points as much as possible (not to the point where it was creepy) so that way our players can have a great time and feel comfortable in our community. Watching this was a profound relief of my two years of staffing ER:LC communities.

i remember this server as I was a staff member for a pretty long time but it has been a while since I retired from my administration position. Very good vid.
I've held a rule of thumb that moderation within roleplay is what ruins roleplay. If someone commits fail roleplay at a scene you're involved it, I was always taught to continue with the roleplay (if bearable) and roleplay it out until you're done with the scene and after the server closes, you leave etc, you take it up with moderation outside of the server within the proper channels. If the roleplay isn't bearable and you're able too, you can just walk away from the scene.. and if it get so unbearable, then you take it in game as a last resort.

Another really good roleplay server is Springfield roleplay that whenever there's no moderators online It is a freaking disaster. I got banned so I guess it's decent

My server got struct by a shot ton of abusers in the past when there was no new bearcats and it had 30+ players but now 0-3 per day

They should add a court room and lawyer/judge jobs to fight tickets and have some kind of replay mode to see what happened thru set cameras. Just a thought though. :)

Oh man.. I was a co owner of a river city role play sever with my friend being the owner.. we got raided a lot and do to that we had to shut down and make a new server… it’s sad to see other servers getting raided… 😢

As a FBRP moderator, this shows that all Moderators/Admins aren’t always abusers. Moderators work hard to make the server non-chaotic, peaceful, and professional server. Moderators are obligated to protect their server and their members from RDMers and trollers. My point is just be grateful that there are Staff or else an uncontrolled server would be a hellhole.
And y'all do that to such an extent that the Server isn't even fun anymore, you guys ban people who speed even though its realistic, and God forbid you kill an Officer anywhere at anytime.
