At 3m35s - You'll notice a hole in the rear of the handle, you can push out the silver trim from behind with an allen key using this hole. That way you don't damage anything with a "small screwdriver" :-)
link added and also added to the description hope that helps. I may try and add as many links to items used as I can in the future as its a good idea to help people out.
Have you got the link to what you brought pal? I’ve owned my ep3 for 2 weeks and keen to do some mods and your videos have been a big help keep them coming good work dude I’ve subbed 👍 cheers
Simon Peters if you search eBay for ep3 ground zero they are £59.99 with the adapter rings. For some reason when I click on the listing it errors so can’t send a link.
Hello, no I left the battery connected to change the speakers. I haven’t replaced a mirror before so I’m unsure. I think it is bolted in behind the trim panel where the tweeter is though
@@MotorAlli id say so, I haven't done it myself though. it looks like it would come off easy enough. perhaps lever it from the top until it pops off the clips then pull it upwards and away from the door. ` that's just a guess though. be careful.
They’re ok for the price of them. Definitely much better than the original ones. It depends on your budget I guess as to wether you’d got for something much better, or something a bit better than factory.
I have a '04 USDM spec Civic Si (only 160 Hp yuk) that has A-pillar tweeter pods. The tweeter inside is a 2 inch paper cone sorta like a PC internal speaker.

1Blue Ghost ok thanks pal👍
Did you disconnect battery plus is this the same way to get to replace the mirror?

@@1BlueGhost Sorry logged onto my airsoft account and didn't see this, can I take the tweeter part off without taking the whole door off?

Are these worth buying or would you recommend avoiding them?

how much weight door panel?
What was the diameter of these speakers? I know the rear speakers are 165mm but front I can't find
130mm are what I fitted 👍
i need a new link, if you can find.
Do these give better low end bass than the stock speakers?
Yes definitely. I am going to fit the matching rears as well. The factory front speakers are really not very good.
@@1BlueGhost Thanks for the reply mate. The factory ones don't even have magnet for the voice coil 😂. I will be purchasing the Ground Zero ones.
Where did you buy the tweeter holding genuine honda thingys from please
Kamran Parvez hello. I don’t think they are genuine Honda items. I found them on eBay brand new.
Have you a link please?

You can get the tweeter panels from Honda. Have a look on Lings Car Parts for Exec Civic and order those tweeter panels.

Can these 7th gen take 6x9
Not too sure really sorry
Where did you get the speaker holder/adapters?
Colo Jr the ones for the doors came with the speakers, the tweeter ones were from eBay.
1Blue Ghost what size tweeters did you buy?
They came with the speakers I will check and find out what size they are
I think it says 19mm
No rear speakers?
I haven’t got round to changing them yet unfortunately.
@@1BlueGhost could you fit 6 x 9s in the back?
@@j.olacio5298 in a word, no. There's only enough space for 6.5 inch speakers in the back. You can however fit 6x9 in the parcel shelf.
@@1Mrhustler I put 6x9's in mine. Cut the panels to in large the holes. 👍🏿
@@j.olacio5298 or you could do that. Fair play to ya. Must sound really good.
I can't understand what you want to tell us
and where are the Honda part numbers?
How to change the rear speakers. They are not Honda parts I used.
