I never thought Cliff had a disorder. That's so cruel for people to say when they don't know someone personally. I've always found Cliff quite charming and his "differences" were from his culture from Jamaica. People are so mean to judge.

Watching Cliff I was under the same impression that Cliff had a disability. If you watch your videos of Cliff eating you will understand. He is a mouth breather, he doesn’t breathe through his nose so he opens his mouth a lot which isn’t a bright look. He also seems to have his eye closed a lot. He eats like a young child the way he holds his fork and spoon, doesn’t wipe food from his face in fact I have seen you take a napkin and wipe off his face which most people don’t do to another adult. I don’t think Cliff has a disability but just watch and you will understand what people mean. He also talks when others are speaking which is childish or rude.

Not ever being disrespectful it's not his speech, it's his mannerisms. And seems to always have his eyes closed or not be all the way there. But my boyfriend struggled younger with stuttering so I get it.

I understand, my twin and I had a stuttering problem and other tongue issues. With my mothers patience and a speech therapist, all is pretty much gone. At times I still stutter. People that are not well rounded, diverse, or have not been exposed to other cultures will think that about this beautiful gentleman. Enjoy may love and peace always be with you.

My daughter used to stutter the specialist said her mind was working faster than her mouth. It is not a disorder at all
I believe that my baby dad use to stutter bad when I met him it helps if you just tell them to slow down lol 😂 he speaks alot better now
My grandson use to stutter when he was younger, he’ll be 15 years old in July and he hasn’t stuttered since he was about 6-7 years old. He’s extremely intelligent Clearly!there’s nothing wrong with Clif
