I'm a statistician and I think it is likely that flawless algorithm could be constructed to accurately determine who actually wins fights. You could move from 90-95% accuracy.... to greater than 99.5% accuracy. An algorithm could be applied to any past or current fight, the same way that photos are colorized in a standard way.
