Stunning place,. First visited 25 years ago, not been able to make it for 8 or 9 years and really miss my friends in Anaxos and Petra, some superb places to eat, drink and be merry among wonderful locals.
The images of refugee camp burning and 12000 people left to fend on the street was horrific as are some images of littered and poo strewn beaches and other areas. God willing I hope to perhaps grab a week later this year,. Sept. Perhaps.
