Hello. I'm configuring fresh Yeastar S100 (f/w 30.14.0.160). I've configured usual SIP-register trunk - RouteIn works fine. I've added extension member to list. But whatever I do with pattern, I allways immediately get "forbidden" error on my extension, when trying make a call to outbound. Please, help.
Hi, what would be the dialling pattern if we wanted to dial "+" + country code + area code + number (sample: +971 4 123 4567)? Right now, we just have the x. pattern which allows us to dial internationally but requires us to dial 00 first (sample: 00971 4 123 4567). We are using the LinkUs softphone and the click to dial feature. We cannot call out when the number has + and without the leading zeroes. Thanks!

Hi, plz create a ticket on support.yeastar.com. Our support team will help to solve it.
Solved it. "P Prefferred Identity" parameter of trunk must be configured.
I have multiple trunks. If one phone uses one trunk, can other phones use the other trunk?
Yes sir, you can assign one trunk and one extension to a specific routing rule.

Add an outbound route with pattern "+.", strip - "1", prepend - "00" to overcome the issue.
@@YeastarVideo worked! thank you.
If i want it to contacts automatically, how?
Hey Safwan, I don't think I get your point. Do you mean automatically make outbound calling?
@@safwansaleh1560 Sorry, our system can't do this yet.
@@YeastarVideo Yes, i mean that.
@@YeastarVideo Thanks a lot.
