Wow me watching this video on its own is confirmation. I felt it in my Spirit to fast today, but felt a bit distracted as the day went by. I decided to find a video about prayer and fasting for encouragement, then this video pops up, and I watch. The first thing was you talking about legal training and I'm like okayyy what a coincidence, same profession, interesting.... Then I continue watching and the second part that got me was when you said " it was here in September, at the beginning of the month in September" then I'm like coincidence number 2, let me pause the video and check when you uploaded it, in my mind I'm thinking maybe it's from a few days back (because it's the first video of you that I've watched, had no clue this chanel has been there for a while) then I check the date, it was uploaded I 2020, I'm like okay, interesting and continue watching...then ke you said "on this specific day, it was the 9th of September" I was like waittttt whattttt, phela today is the 9th of September 2023, and I'm fasting and looking for inspiration to and continue and to be in that spirit. Wowww... Continue spreading the word of God ❤

Just a small rephrase to what you said "God sometimes withholds things from us until we pray" He doesn't withhold good things from His Children.. He prompts us to pray and fast cos the enemy kept the blessing and stopped it from getting to us like the story of Daniel. He want us to pray and fast so we unlock the doors the enemy has closed cos only we have the keys to our blessing ( I mean the blessing has my name on it and I have the key, it's my property 😂😂) Amen. Much appreciated🙏🏾 I love what you’ve said with reference to the story of Daniel and I believe it’s definitely one of the reasons God prompts us to fast and pray (spiritual warfare) so thank you for raising that important fact. I do, however, also believe that God can and will do whatever He sees fit for His children and for His glory, even when it doesn’t seem right to us. A loving parent doesn’t give his children all that they want, so God also lovingly withholds things from us, for His higher purposes. He is all knowing and all powerful enough to withhold “good things” from us according to His righteous will. (I put good things in inverted commas coz what we think is good may not be so good according to God’s wisdom and knowledge). PS: This is not to invalidate what you’ve said. You made a very good point and I welcome it as biblical truth as well👌🏾

What I've learned is that God is more concerned about our wellbeing more than the material things we want, because all those things he will give to us. It's the character and his purpose in us that he is always working at. Great video 🙌🌻🌻

I was praying in the Spirit one day and I started groaning. But I didn't feel any burden. It was my first experience and I really didn't know much about this new experience. So I asked my brother in Christ. They told me that it was intersession. Can you give me some feedback... Thanks

Hey James, yes ur brother was right it was the holy spirit praying through you, that one being the perfect prayer, you weren't praying amiss, see romans 8:26 for reference
It doesn’t matter babe. What I do is I plan a time but then I ask the Lord to determine the time on His own accord, if He can take me further than the time I had set then I’m happy to do that. So basically I just follow the guidance of the Lord, and sometimes if I feel strong enough to extend my fast I just speak to the Lord and do that. So to answer your question, no you don’t have to stick to your planned time.
The answered prayer may not always be a ‘positive outcome’ I quoted this because the positive outcome we are looking for may not be in alignmemt with God’s will for your life. I can assure you that He was not silent, He responded but perhaps you were too focused on the outcome being as you expected it that you missed to see the ‘blessing in disguise’…fasting means surrender (allowing for His will to be done) trust me whatever the outcome He has your best interest at heart and will not put you to shame. Keep praying hold on to faith and ask Him to cause you to desire the very things He wants for you. Remember David fasted for his son but he died, when he learnt of his death he went to the Lord’s house to worship. So even when the outcome is not what you hoped for God gives you the strength, grace, and peace needed to go through that. He is a faithful God, a Good Father who only has good plans for us and remember no good thing does He withhold from those whose walk is blameless…
Today is my third day of dry fasting… I thank God for the strength 🙏🏻🙏🏻 … I know my level is changed
Today is my 2nd day of Esther fast and its so hard and I'm trusting God for a devine miracle 🙏
