you can see results in 1 visit but as you have probably seen and heard multiple visits make for even greater results. contact your local chiropractor and schedule a visit.
Your body falls back into its old position after a single visit. You have to go back multiple times to train the joints to remain in the correct position.

I wonder could she have done with the knee chest adjustment since her lower spine wasn't so easy to move? I'm pretty sure that stomach pull would bruise my belly. I sometimes bruise from insulin injections so something as intense as that adjustment would most likely bruise too. She has plenty forward range of motion on her head but, even after the adjustment, not much range tilting back I notice.
How much does it cost to have this done? Like can I just come in, request it, and pay for it? Or do I have to have an issue, get a consultation, discuss treatment and schedule several appointments spanning a couple of months? Jw
