Jason’s coffee joke at the end was top tier
It was just a reworded joke from the movie Airplane. What Jair thought he was gonna say is how the joke normally goes.
😁😁😁
Lmao not my immediate thought being "I don't" since Jair said he doesn't drink coffee 🤣
@@burgermike92 It's a joke about a joke.
She thought he meant black ha ha
“The Strawberries” would have been a very different band 😂😂😂 💀💀
😂😂🍓
This is a great React concept. More people guessing Iconic Rock songs please!
That comment "I take my coffee like I take my women...Sweet" had me laughing and to see her reaction was the bow on top!
Was thinking he was gonna bust out the Airplane! joke for a minute lmao
We neeeeed more rock and metal reactions and challeges
Agreed 🤟
Yes, we need Metal to make reactors of aeroplanes and space vehicles !
Gidday! Kiwis
RIP to the legends we lost in this list!
Chester (Linkin Park)
Dolores (The Cranberries)
Christine (Fleetwood Mac)
Jimi Hendrix
Strawberries, craaaanberries! That made me laugh so hard 😂
😂😅
Meanwhile Izzy is like "apple juice" 😭😭
Love Jason’s coffee joke. Lol. This was such a fun video!!!
😁😁😁
@@thisbejasonm her face was priceless.
In The End was released in 01 I guess as a single but it was on Hybrid Theory that came out in 2000.
i got cranberries spot on. RIP Dolores O'Roirdan.
More rock/metal videos please
Now we need Gen z reacts to 2000s rock songs (RCHP, Linkin Park, Paramore, etc)
They already did that
@@FuckShit589 no they didnt, I just searched for it and didn't find it, they only did teens react to pop punk like 5 years ago
@@mikname1255 Also, they did some pop punk band react videos like MCR, Paramore, Blink-182 and some Do They Know It videos on this channel
Please do something like this with the Elders & 50's-70's or Motown or rock & roll!!!! Please, not all of us are in our 20's& younger.
That's a great idea!
@@MsCharicefan 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
How do you know how heavy a red hot chili pepper is?
You give it a weigh, give it a weigh, give it a weigh now!
Bro…😂
13:49 'Sweet' is the backup answer if she aint' feeling it. Good play my brother.
😁😁😁
Jayse I got that answer too (River Phoenix) before she even finished reading the first line.
The pairs were perfect.
Also, the game was so much fun.
That last part with Jair was HILARIOUS!!
I couldn't Even Hear the song when trying to guess it for Fleetwood Mac.
I couldn't hear the Hendrix one either. Some of the songs are just so low I can't really play along.
These rock episodes are so fun to watch it literally makes me smile 😀
Damn out of all the challenges, I had mad fun considering I'm 40 and all these songs were my hits back then. And I was playing along and out all of them, I missed 5 for the exact year. I was mad at myself for not knowing. Damn good one there.
Bring Jason into more of these react videos, he's funny
R.I.P. River Phoenix 1970-1993
I knew Jason was going to win that. He's done plenty of these videos and if the genre is ever rock, he knows it right off the bat. Lobe to see him go against Jaxon.
Bring it on @jaxonhh - The gauntlet has been thrown @react
@ThisBeJasonM I hope it will happen. Seriously, it would be amazing and probably super close!
That coffee joke was a hault in time lol
Love the throwback shot of Jair going “yay!” To getting 10 points cause same 😂
River Phoenix.
How do you know that?
Because who else is named "River?"
GOOD POINT.
Brooke was popular. River, Stream and Canal...not so much.
😂😅
Congratulations on the win Jason, YOU ROCK!
😁😁😁
Do more of these that was so much fun!
Is it me, or is the audio of the songs really low compared to the reactors screaming in the newer video's? I can barley hear the songs.
Also they barley give you time to guess
Way to much screaming!!!
@@StevenClough1995 You're not the one in the video guessing. They are in the video, playing to win. Why do so many of you have a problem understanding that?
@@Lindabacon9 DUDE LET THE ADULTS HAVE THEIR FUN! CRYBABY!
@@StevenClough1995 "WAH WAH WAH WAH I'M A CRYBABY WAH WAH WAH!" LET THE ADULTS HAVE THEIR FUN!
Technically it's Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
these videos are fun to watch and all but i WISH there was a delay for us to guess.
EXACTLY! Don’t tell me! I had to adjust my points on an “honor system” trying to figure out if I really legit would have gotten it.
you know you can pause the video, right?
Oh I knew where that last line was about to go if he didn't say that lol
Rest In Heavenly Peace Chester 🥺❣️
Rest in peace Chester 🙏🏽 🪦
We need these people to react to Linkin Park's unreleased tracks they put for Meteora's 20th anniversary recently! Lost, Fighting Myself, More The Victim, Massive, and Healing Foot are the track names and it's a little gift from Mike with songs from twenty years ago!
Never was a big Def Leppard fan but Rick Allen is definitely considered among the best drummers ever with what he can do with one arm. Wondering if these people knew that.
So glad to see Jason again. It's been awhile
😁😁😁
Rick Allen didn't re-learn the Hysteria songs. His accident was before they started writing the album, during a break in the Pyromania tour. He re-learned to play the drums, then wrote the album with the band. Details matter, says Reacher.
He also doesn't play with one arm. He uses his feet too.
why tf was that girl in the def leppard shirt SO DAMN LOUD
When you guys do these, can play the song a few seconds out so.we have a chace to hear the song and guess. The shouts over many of the songs, I couldn't even hear the song.
i see paramore and green day on the thumbnail, i click🫶🫶🫶
ALSO, OPENING WITH DEF LEPPARD!!!!!! W
I saw Hayley and Billie Joe in the thumbnail, so you bet I clicked on this video real quick! 😍
I tried so hard to play along but I could never hear the songs because of the yelling lol
EXACTLY
I distinctly remember Hybrid Theory came out in 2000 so technically the correct answer for In The End would be 2000.
Single releases are different than album releases
That's exactly what I kept thinking it was released in 2000
@@Cabaret43that is true but it still came out in 2000 but the song and album
@@Cabaret43 doesn't matter. Single was still released in 2000 as well
Linkin Park's In The End was my Army AIT's class song. We tried so hard to get so far, but in the end, it really didn't matter.
And the album is so underrated as well
I wish I could get as excited about the Eagles as these guys. My province had them in for a local festival and it was less than pleasant. They treated fans like garbage, and played 3 songs of their 2 hour set before locking themselves in their tour bus. They even changed a meet and greet with contest winners to no touching, take a picture and leave, and this was years before Covid. They were the reason that the festival organizers stopped paying for big bands to show up.
Meanwhile, Interestingly enough KISS was the exact opposite. They played the same festival 2 years earlier and played 3 hours of a 2 hour set, and loved getting pictures with their fans. Gene Simmons may be questionable in his personal life, but the experience of KISS was great.
I was at a concert of theirs in in the 90s , and they were FANTASTIC!!!
I Love Rock 'N Roll from Joan Jett is a cover from The Arrows from 1975😊
Did you know that or look it up? I well remember the original, I also remember Joan Jett earlier cover of the song.
OMG, I take my coffee like I take my women, then you see the black lady take a pause. and then he goes... sweet... this is an epic line... lol
😂😂😂
All my years of collecting useless rock information finally paid off lol. This was too easy.
"I take coffe like I take my women." And my mind goes - dark and bitter...?🤣🤣🤣
No matter how dark or pale, the coffee is always bitter, imo.
@@dawnkindnesscountsmost5991 gonna nerd for a sec. Bitterness in coffee is caused by acidic Lactones. While some level always exists in coffee the Lactones are caused by the breakdown of compounds in the coffee. So a darker roast has more lactones but also a hotter brewing causes the same breakdown.
Jaxon would of nail this game even though he's young, but his soul is old.
IT IS JACQUES-SON !
I love Martina she always has a great attitude and has so mucho fin!!
Yesss plz keep the rock themed videos coming!!!
Fun episode! 💗🤘🏻I would definitely get a few of them! Some others never heard of the group! 🤷🏼♀️
This is the one of the best videos I've seen here in a long time. Do more with Rock and other genres of music too. And movies. But let different generations do it as well, kids, teens adults and elders.
I went to a Paramore concert last Tuesday in Charlotte, NC at the Spectrum Center
RIP Dolores.
My dad hates the eagles, me and my brother love playing hotel california for him though! 😂
the reactors are too loud, the music videos are too quiet.
It's not about the music videos though
Hotel California was on the album Hotel California. The single was released in 1977, but the album and therefore the song, was released in 1976. You owe some people points.
Izzy!! 🔥🔥
Strawberries - - so cute 😂
*In the End* was released in 2000, not 2001 :)
Cheers
Love Jason airplane reference.
😁😁😁
I think of Sail because of the piano vine. 😂 it’s how I knew the year.
Really dislike martine shouting and hogging the buzzer
Most of the time the buzzer is like points on Whose Line Is It Anyway?, it doesn't matter!
This always good to see what music your React team know. So give this a try with songs covering old songs as a new song! So we do All Rock on! If you do overs old songs as to days remixed and see if they know the original artist that did the song.
Europeans must accept once and for all that Rock rules, and Disco sucks !
The guy with Foo fighters shirt is cool
😁😁😁
7:22 Fleetwood Mac's Rumors came out on 1977, not '76
8:06 Hybrid Theory is from the year 2000 not 2001
In the End was released as a single in 2001, so that might be what they meant. But I agree, really 2000 is the correct answer.
In the end was released in 2001
13:50 Airplane! 😂😂😂😂😂
Jason meant what he meant.
🤔🤔🤔
Straight in there with Sheffield's own Def Leppard! Love it!
Jair and Izzy 🔥🔥🔥
great and fun episode
i did feel sorry for jair but the pairings were pretty good with a mix of old and new reactors [to me at least]
more of this please!
MORE ROCK CONTENT!
Europeans must accept once and for all that Rock rules, and Disco sucks !
Yes 100%!!!!!
@@linkinlady06
No ! Americans must accept once and for All that Eurodance IS NOT techno , and Eurovision IS NOT for Them! Full Stop
RICK ALLEN IS THE GOAT ON DRUMS WITH ONE ARM..DEF LEPPARD IS TOP 10 ROCKBANDS
IZZYYYYY.. and again, here for Izzy..
"I Love Rock 'n Roll" was actually originally by a group called The Arrows, who recorded it in 1975.
But that's not the song version they were showing/playing so that really doesn't matter.
True though that may be the version they were guessing was by Joan Jett
@@NoNames-vw3bq The rule was to guess the date that the song came out, not the date of which a certain version of the song came out.
@@ryananderson3536 Everyone knows this, nobody cares. Stop being pedantic
In the End didn't come out in 2001. The album was released in 2000. So therefore this is false.
Yep I caught that too Hybrid Theory came out in October 2000 I remember because my mom's birthday is on the 24th the day it was released and my birthday is 4 days later I bought it as soon as I got out of school lol and In The End came out soon after they really need to go back and change that.
The single was release out in 2001. So it's not false.
I guess they counted it as 2001 since the single was released so late that year that that song was still charting in early 2002 as well. I'm glad they milked that album tbh lol.
Jayse and Martine are always good to pair together.
huge and i mean HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE missed opportunity to not make the second song "song 2" by blur xD
would love to watch some -00 to -10 metal songs reactions or these try to to guess songs :D or have they done it already and I've just missed it completely? xd
do the production give them coke, or something, before the videos? why are they allways SO freaking loud, and hyped!? :O. i Just woke up the intire building up, watching this video :O
Hotel aclifornia was printed and released 1976, i have the orignial prin vinyl at home and just double checked
The album was released in 1976. The Hotel California single was released in 1977.
Clearly what you do not have is the single
@@wingracer1614 that true the song still came out at the album tho
Great episode. I played along with them and kept score of how I would fare against them. I got a 31 which I thought was good but Jason was a stellar opponent. 😊
I really enjoyed this one.
The terror in his face at 0:57
That's Joan Jett That's Joan Jett😂
I had the same reaction, was like OH GODDDD😂
But then she doesn't get the point when that exact song comes up later lol he even told her the artists name! x
"how the hell am I supposed to know that?"
Um, because it's one of the most famous songs of the twentieth century.
Jair... Girl... Red Hot Chili Peppers in 1975?!
not as far off as you think...that song yeah, but the band is pretty old.
Red hot chili peppers 1983
Then there's Izzy with 1990 for Hotel California.
such a fun episode had a great cast..i was rooting for everyone to win lol
The strawberries instead of cranberries had me laughing on the floor.
That was hilarious!
I feel like Jaxon will get all of these.
huge props for Scott's FF shirt!
I like Izzy and Jair's outfits
okay but where's the Rolling Stones, Wings, Tom Petty, Eric Clapton, Queen, Led Zeppelin, and above all the Beatles????? might just be the fact that I'm a 60s/70s girlie to my core but a lot of these seemed way more modern than what I would consider "iconic rock" lol
Awesome video 😎
ah my favorite song, linkin park - doesnt even matter
This was so fun!
I couldn’t guess along because I couldn’t hear the song because they started yelling
Yep
I mean, it's more about the reactors than the viewers at home but I guess it makes sense that they would let people play along
