An Absolutely Helpful Tutorial! For a beginner like me, starting to learn retouching , I find your tutorials well put together with clarity as to why these decisions are made. Your tutorials are truly the one's I would recommend for anyone who will ask me where I have learned retouching from. Sending love and support; Thank you for another amazing Tutorial
Hi Vera! Hope you're doing amazing. Do you mind explaining how clone stamp tool is different from healing brush tool as both copy pastes the texture from one place to another. Thank you! ❤️
I’ve talk about it in details in my retouching course available at www.verachangeeducation.com along with other details that are important when doing high end retouching. I will consider doing a video on this particular problem on my UA-cam channel in the future ☺️
You probably figured this out long ago, but the differernce is the clone stamp tool reproduces and exact copy of the area it is cloning. The healing brush preserves the shadows and highlights of the target area and only transposes the color info. So if you sample from the shadowed part of the face it will still look ok on the normally lit part of the skin with the healing brush. The clone wouldnt work \
Great video. I like how you are describing
