As of this week the UK just finalised a law making it a criminal offence to camp in Dartmoor. Dartmoor was the last place in England or Wales where one could legally wildcamp. I'm therefore living the dream through your videos, whilst planning my escape from this toxic country. Slàinte and cheers to you all, fellow lovers of nature and the 'old' ways.
Thanks for the comment. I saw a video and have talked with some English friends about this. As far as I understand, it is "only" a smaller part of Dartmoor. But the court ruling might have presedence, so that if other land owners want to ban people from camping there, they probably will be able to. This is terrible and I expect the good people of England to not respect it!
If it were possible and if it ever happens I want to be a part of the Great Bjorn nighttime Winter Camp over with a lot of people with tents in a circle and Bjorn somewhere near the middle because we would listen to a speech
Hello Bjorn! There are things that I miss about living in colder climates. Real snow, the silence in the woods after a good snow, crisp winter air, and yes, singing ice... Although in my older years,( I'm 65 now) I do enjoy the mild climate of East Texas. I've been here a little over fourtyfive years now. High 90s- low 100s in the summer are good. I haven't had air conditioning most of that time. Thanks for the videos. Happy Holidays!🎄❄️
Thanks for sharing , find a lot of your videos helpful as im homeless in Southwest Ontario Canada , this one will come in handy for sure ! Thanks Bjorn!
Your area looks much like the Crown Land I spend a lot of my leisure time here in Canada. I have thought of camping there, and after seeing your video I think I will do it this winter. Rather than a tent, I think I’ll just made a lean-to with spruce boughs. Other than that, I think it would be just like what you did. Thanks for the inspiration.
Steak and banana is my absolute favourite meal 😍😄 Gorgeous video Bjorn! Your forests are so beautiful and that icy lake and the sound it made was mesmerising. I've never heard that before. I loved your lanterns too, made it all look so cosy. Thank you for sharing this 🤗🌿
I am so jealous of the beautiful scenery you get to have 😂 I don’t think England will ever get to have snow like it use to 😢 love your videos Bjorn, keep up the great work you’re doing 😊
Hello Bjorn , and PV Outdoors ! , Great video my Friend , thoroughly enjoyable , and the bonus of sining Ice ! , Wonderfull , Be Well , Strength , Honour and Respect to you both ! , I do hope that Falcoy is found safe and well , untill next time !.🙂❤👍
Hi bjorn....well done for getting that tent together..and the heater....lovely dinner aswell ..no wonder you slept well...corn on the cob .....is the name of that vegtable ..you boil it ..scrape it with a knife ..then you can fry the kernels...with the steak.. .its cold here in london ..aswell ..did you see if the dowsers can use a map to help finding thease animales ..its very cold ..ok well look forward to your next video. Lol.
I am feeling more dog sensitive. Tried helping a neighbor's dog who came into my yard and was stuck with his chain wrapped around a vine and crying all day. Finally was able to get the owners to help their dog.
When I saw this I was thinking about people who complain about the cold and you telling them - 'Stop complaining - and go camping like us!'. I will soon have my Firebox stove. I am interested to understand how much wood is needed to keep it running for a period of time. I guess most people experimented with fires before - but I never did - so I need to learn everything. What I do know is - the smoky smells get in your clothes very quick.
Thank you for your videos.. they make me feel very calm an relaxed, it’s freezing cold here in Scotland now I’m not sure I could be brave enough to wild camp in these temperatures as much as I’d love too as it looks beautiful with your cosy warm stove ❤
Just recently got into doing some bushcraft projects. I’ve made a walking stick, backpack frame, pot hangers, a Bucksaw and a mallet, very rewarding and enjoyable pass time. I’ve ordered some tools to do more.
Hello Bjorn Yes you do have a good chef there And those steaks look delicious I is nice to see you enjoy your time out in your element Enjoy as you both look like you are Hope the missing dog can smell the food
I watch several Scandinavian youtubers and I have a question, why dosen't any one fish ? I see so much fresh water streams, lakes, rivers , and nobody is fishing, why? What is the best fresh water fish to fish for in Norway. Here in the state's, survival would be 75% fishing to stay alive..
OHHH! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the "ice singing" thing! I know about that because I'm subscribed to Jonna Jinton's UA-cam channel from Sweden and they have good ice-singing there. Care to share your beef? 🤔🥺😭💔🤣🥰🤗🇨🇦💖
This was a wonderful video. This is really living life, not stuck in an small apartment tower watching Netflix! May I ask, what caused the sound the ice made?
Steak and sweetcorn! I'm not a meat eater and haven't done so for over 40 years. But unlike some vegan friends who say they'd die rather than eat meat, I'd have nothing against hunting for survival. Might eat those vegan friends first... 🤔😅
Hi Bjorn greetings from across the Atlantic in Maine. Love your videos keep up the good work. Forget the haters ! Have a-lot of respect for you so never stop standing tall. Just wondering what kind of lanterns you used when you camped near the singing pond. I am looking for a good set to buy. Have a chocolate coffee for me my friend. Cheers😊
nice thing about cold camping is no bugs!
This video is lovely, more of the same please and thanks. Australia.
Thanks for taking us ‘VIKING’ again ❤ shelter is beautiful! & getting my mind off the distractions of the “world “ ☮️
I especially like the picture when you're standing in front of the Moon bouncing off the lake

Wow wee! Thank you, Bjorn! The scenery and singing lake was so breathtaking!!
Like your original channel back in the day! 👍🏻🙏🏼✌🏼🏕️
Howdy from the Rocky Mountains! Delicious steak in the woods cannot be beat!
I truly hope the dog turns up safe.
I have 19 dogs, and this would drive me insane. I can imagine how the dog's owners are worried.
How beautiful the moon reflecting upon the lake
Name Eva?

This video is excellent
Thank you so much.
Enjoyable Video! Love sub-zero camping - very quiet with less people and noise around. I like your friend’s PVOutdoors channel too. Nice wood stove!
Enjoyed the video Bjorn, very cool tent setup.👍
Thank you, Curtis!

I can’t watch Bjorne videos because I refuse/decline to use “devices.”
lol ❤😂❤
I suggest you use a laptop or desktop computer, then.
@@BjornOutdoors Wow got a response from the man himself. Peace and Blessings my Nordic Brother
This was a wonderful video. This is really living life, not stuck in an small apartment tower watching Netflix! May I ask, what caused the sound the ice made?
Thank you! It is the ice plates moving against each other, cracking and bending as the temperature changes.
Hey brother Pinball preparedness mentioned you in his live feed about the new standard of housing your way

Thank you! I will see if I can find a link to such a lamp and add it to my gear list.
Bjorn, do you make your own pine tar from the pine trees?
Bjiorn, I love camping outside too. What troubles me is that I think you might be a little paranoid?…
Try again.
@@BjornOutdoors Affording the luxury to complain whilst basking in the natural beauty of Norway must be quite a task😉
The only people I take my clothes off for, are the ones that care for me..
I now know how cold your videos look haha
Please post link for the stove. I hope the pup is found ❤️
I hope so too. The link to my gear list is in the video description, as mentioned.
I wonder why Bjørn doesn't take his dogs to help. Even on a lead (leash) they could detect something maybe?
What kind of tarp is it that will button to the lavuu?
It's in the gear list. Link in the video description.
Hi is Brummett a common name in your country?
That stove made of titanium?
Yes. Link in gear list.
I’m wondering if I could interview you via web?
Nice 🇨🇦👍❣🌲🌲🌲
