Pair it either with a Power Point presentation, a recorded video with a few different people or just pair it with some animations. If possible make sure you copyright your stuff. Now market, run ads, try to have a personal website for your services and use social media to your advantage.

Basically,
We need to fake a talent we haven’t developed ourselves,
Tell business CEO’s who’ve already “made it,” in their business that we can help them “make it.”
If they accept, we figure out how to backup our false claims through trial and error,
Once we eventually do figure out how to backup our claims after months of trial and error, we then demand $1k+ per CEO,
Then we just gotta make sure that we have enough time to do that for several businesses?
That sounds all good n dandy… but I sure as hell see quite a few holes in your plan that can only be achieved by very few people….
Not to mention that if it were so easy… why the hell are you telling us about this, giving yourself competition, instead of just doing it yourself?
Point isn't that it's easy but that it might work. I'm assuming he wants validation from comments if it does work.
Also this is how a lot of people see if ideas work, you see if there's demand, then work on figuring out how to actually do it. You'd waste too much time doing it the other way around and no one really loses anything, you just tell the dude "sorry i'm fully booked for the next 3 months but we can work something out if you're still interested when my schedule opens up."
If it were actually that easy, you would never know because you're not going to try it. And if most people are like you, then he's pretty safe from competition.
Snarkiness aside, there are a lot of businesses out there that need writing done for them. The pie is enormous, and a lot of people can eat from it.
Also, some people may want more guidance than what's posted here. They prefer to work closely with someone, like a mentor, to ensure that they get to where they want to be. In that case, he can offer a coaching relationship with them for a fee.
If you're not familiar with the concept of positive sum games, I recommend you looking into it. Business isn't always ruthless, cut-throat competition.
