That's why some enemy in kr siries(mobs or mid to low type enemy) lose to a kamen rider, they literally *waiting for jingle to finish* (both while henshin and finisher)
They are essentially the pre-transformation jingles for the real toys/drivers/belts of each rider. Some are built into the toys for revice which are stamps so different stamps = different jingles and some are built into the driver/belt/toy. They aren't fully songs but just jingles,and when ya pull or activate the henshin trigger of said driver it then plays the final bit of the jingle.
