- Blue the husky second Training session !
Blue as trouble meeting new Dogs he like to try to be the boss which gets him into trouble so in this session I am showing the owner how to get him used to be around Dogs without having to have a confrontation with them in cases like this is very important for the owner to read blue and especially the dogs you are choosing to meet and to do it slowly so the dogs get a good and safe experience for everyone!
The problem we have in most cases are mostly the owners we have to work with as us humans can get stuck in are emotion fiction
Per example blue and yoggy(used in this video as a helper ) had a scrap a good few month ago and the owners stop meeting with the Dogs as they were stuck in the last moment which was the Dogs having a scrap and haven’t met with them since then which I wasn’t aware by the way not that it matters as both owners and Dogs have come a long way since starting Training they’re Dogs !
My point is concentrate on the good your dog is producing don’t get stuck in the bad !
Example your going out for an hour walk your dog is walking nicely stopping when you stop doing everything he’s supposed and asked of him and then you pass a dog and your dog react to this dog and you get stuck in that 30 second altercation instead of been proud of the other 59and1/2 minutes of the good ! Instead of getting stuck ask yourself why did it do that was it because this dog tried to invade hes space and you didn’t advocate on time to keep that dog away!
Is because that dog is out of control and your dog just letting you know is not comfy with that dogs attitude!
It can be a lot of different factors why your dog react!
Anyways in this case blue doesn’t enjoy over excited Dogs as they are most like to excited to think about introducing themselves politely and come flat out face to face which this for Dogs isn’t being polite a respect of space and a slow move to the reprend is the polite way for Dogs to meet !
Enough of me blabbering enjoy!
Tchuss!
