In your perio vídeo you mentioned chronic periodontitis is consisted with microbial defects (plaque or calculus) vs Aggressive periodontitis is not consistent microbial deposits. Am I wrong? Aggressive type you don’t see plaque but know you say in the aggressive perio there is plaque. I’m sorry I’m confused with that part now. Thx for your help.
Mental Dental so for final conclusion. Aggressive adult periodontitis there is not a microbial defects( plaque or calculus). So it appears without a reason. ?I had the conclusion to have a perio you need to have plaque or gingivitis at one point. Thank you so much for clearing this point. You are awesome. 👍👍
Thanks for the question. We NEVER close space in the primary dentition. If a young orthodontic patient in the late mixed dentition or early permanent dentition has a high frenum and midline diastema, the proper sequence of events would be orthodontic space closure first and then frenectomy second.

You are not wrong! That is true for adult patients, while in children you’ll see increased plaque for even an aggressive periodontal condition.
