OMG!! I've been trying to open my remote for years!! I'm lucky that the battery even lasted this long but it's finally dead now and I need to replace it. I searched high and low before I found your video. I watched you pinch and slide off the cover easily and I was horrified!! I've been over here using scissors, butter knives, and screwdrivers to no avail!! Anyway, thanks for this video!

Hi, I'm having an issue with my remote. After carefully reading the manually I am unsure of how to remove the visor clip. On the manual, it says to put your index finger in the top loop, and push with your thumb upward to remove and "it should come off easily". In the manual, it shows that you want to slide it off directly opposite of the remote. But according to your other video with the 3 button all star remote, it seems the clip doesn't slide up from the top, but rather swings open and close from the top of the remote like a door. Could you please identify which way it actually must be removed or make a video.
