I had the misfortune to be in my local job centre last summer. I was waiting to speak to someone, there were several members of staff who were wandering about...chatting in pairs and generally doing absolutely nothing...the security guard was watching a video on his phone and never looked up once...there were several men who literally just walked about...then walked about a bit more...there was only one woman ( an unpaid 'intern' doing work experience ) who greated me at the door and told me where to sit...
I’m sorry you feel that way- it’s garnered quite a lot of interest- some positive and some negative- I don’t think it’s wasting Your time- so why are you bothered?
Apparantly they are there to help you- if you film them not doing- then you’ll get called for it- it’s a lose/ lose situation so you might as well publicise it!
I remember asking once if they have assurance that the job websites they make you use are safe and chcked and was told no system exists, but you must sign up to them and then accept all the shit phone calls that come after you sign up to these companies who sell your data...
Where are the boards with the jobs on them??? How behind in time are you. There have not been boards for nearly 20 years. Also who are the public that want to know what is going on.
Me- I am the public that wants to know why they are there if all the jobs are online- I’m a member of the public- and I want to know? Then I’ll film it- and you can critique it- we all have our roles to play?
You mean they are there to punish you and sanction you for not doing as you’re told! Or tell you that there’s 20 hrs- 38 miles away- and if you refuse- you’ll get sanctioned again- it’s not relevant that it’ll take you 4 hrs travelling time- and half your wage to get there!

If you work in presumed authority- ie a poiceman or council worker then expect to be filmed by an auditor if not then it’s just down to luck? Everyone is filmed in public- I just remind people. It's a tax funded public building. He is allowed to film . My guess is the reason they don't want him filming is because they're scared they'll get caught out committing malfeasance in a public office.. like most councilors in my opinion
You go poking the bear hoping for a reaction. You edit to hid the bits that dont follow your close minded ideas. Dont hid, come forward and talk to these places about what you want and you will find that what you want does not exsist.
@martinthx I do edit to follow a narrative otherwise the videos would be too long- I can post the raw unedited versions- but they are quite boring- with periods of silence… nothing is learned from silence!

While things may be online, the information given still has to be processed and actioned correctly. With the amount of rules and regulation Local Authories and DWP have to deal with, staff will always be needed. Stop trying to blame your need for attension on am illness and grow up.

I worked and then was off sick- I’ve not been in a job centre to look for work for 30 years!
The Job Center is not a recuritment company. There are there to help people into work and help with the benefits that people are entitled to.

Most councils do get you to do stuff online not worth going to council offices as you get told to go online they do help sometimes on things
