- Stan is a fine artist, art instructor and entrepreneur living in San Diego. He is known for his UA-cam channel, Proko, where he has taught academic art to millions of people. Stan has been a been one of my mentors for the past few years and one of my biggest inspirations for creating a UA-cam channel and for being a creative person.
In this episode we talk about facing fears, how to build a UA-cam channel, dealing with success, and staying consistent.

Ham PicklePringle
You had me at the list of cuss words.
I sacrificed monetization to make it happen
@@KristianNeeTV Definitely worth it If I may say so.
I think this was one of my favourite talks so far. Really enjoyed this, would love to see more of Stan on here if possible.
Hey dude! Listening to this episode made me realize something about what you do. I think you should try to listen more to the people who you are interviewing and let them speak instead of talking about your opinions or what you think. It is getting kinda repetitive listening to the same opinions and takes. I love the concept of sketchy van, and some episodes are really awesome, but usually it happens when you let the conversation breath and are open to new perspectives on subjects of conversation. But hey, that's my opinion, don't take it too serious, im just a rando
WOO I'm so happy you got proko on. Also you look very handsome Kristian!!
Excited about this one, and thanks haha
this podcast is so much fun, it always makes me happy
Had fun listening to you guys. ❤️
I really love this podcasts
Nice👌🏻👌🏻, been waiting for this for a long time now 👌🏻
I always thought someone else wrote the Skelly sketches but seeing stan giggling around makes think he's the only one who can write those. Thanks Kristian for bring the sketchy van podcast to us.
Thanks for the kind words!
These podcasts really open up my mind to things. Thank you for these!
Thanks for the kind words :)
STANISLAV!! About time he was here .
I was already looking at the course, now I know what link to use when I finally get it 😩👍
Hey, love the whole vibe! I´m from the proko bubble and love to see a little more podcast time with you guys^^
I kinda understand Kristian here in a way. But your propably way more into philosophy than I am. Feel like Kristian is struggling with selfworth and self esteem. If I ever had any "life changing" experiences I would say that I could connect my character to the stoic views, and I could build my low self esteem up and get out there without caring so much. But I´m not sure how far apart stoicism and nihilismI are... but Meditations from marcus aurelius helped me a lot. Maybe its something for you too. Different view maybe
Cheers from germany anyways!
Found your channel recently and it's so great. It's exactly what I am interested in. Great work
Thanks dude!
Let’s goooo
nice!
Kristian, have you watched The Good Place? They spend a lot of time discussing many of the philosophical ideas you question in your podcast. Great show! Keep up the good work.
I'd add waking life to that list as well it's a fun, explorative movie
Hey! I realized I never responded.
It's been recommended to me! I'll give it a watch
When people start submitting sponsorblock segments on your videos that's how you know you've made it :)

Some marvellous insights into the artist's mindset here, Kristian. I really enjoyed the fact that you and Stan were always in the moment. Such a nice escape from the digital noise to sit down and listen to you both shoot the breeze on a lot of weighty subjects with such levity. A rare skillset. :) Wishing you much success with the podcast!
Thanks for the kind words Patrick :)
