Please If you are alreading Studying in a Schengen country and gets admission in another Schengen country, can you just move to the new country (as a result of the Schengen free movement) or you'll have to go back to ur Country of origin to apply for another student visa into the new country.
Hello, You can come in and stay until 90 days.
However, since you’re already studying there, I would encourage you to visit the Portuguese Embassy in the country where you live. They will advise on what to do.

I never mentioned in my video that legalization takes time at the Embassy. I said, to avoid wasting your time applying with unauthenticated documents, and your application will be rejected, you should authenticate and legalize before applying.

I was told if someone is sponsoring me he/she must have the same surname as mine. How true is it?
Not a must but if you have a family member, better but then, anyone can sponsor you.

I have been accepted into ISEP and already completed my online registration and selected my course for the first semester to start in october... also i have paid my tuition fees for 3 installments and my next payment should be by 30th December 2022..
The situation now is that I graduated from a Ghanian university and i have my BSc certificate and transcripts with me..
How do i get these documents authenticated? Do i go straight to ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs in Nigeria here to have the documents authenticated since i have already completed my NYSC?
Or do i have to go to Ghana and have it authenticated over there by the ministry of foreign affairs?

Yes, you can. Portuguese universities accept unofficial transcript.

You need to authenticate all your documents that is available to avoid going up and down,so if all your documents are ready,you can go ahead and authenticate it
