Do you think a third temple has to be built for the abomination of desolation to be in before the second coming of Christ?

This is an old comment, but I’ll reply nonetheless 😌
After studying cover to cover several times I *think* I currently have it narrowed down to at LEAST a third temple must be built; however, any number between a third and an nth number of temples can be built. We know that the antichrist is going to be the one who establishes the “abomination of desolation” in the final temple before the beginning of the tribulation.

@@thedrj2009 Another teacher who has an in-depth Bible study is Chuck Smith. I’m always challenged by his lessons, and he always sticks to the text.

Another suggestion is Pastor Jack Hibbs at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills. I’m not too familiar with him, but I’ve overheard him as my mother listened.
Even in the Middle Ages and the 1950's, it might've been popular to go to church, but if you truly walked with Jesus, I bet there was a certain level of annoyance pointed your way.
So the Rapture is kinda like the First and a Half Coming.

First Thessalonians and the second coming are the same
Therefore, there's no secret rapture.
We get the word rapture from the Greek word harpazō, which translated literally means caught up. There is no secret about it.
Hi Kevin. Maybe I phrased it wrong? What I mean is there is only one second coming that I can see when reading the new testament. And In saying that, this Harpaszo happens only once and that is when Jesus returns at his second coming. I know there is a big debate among Christians about it. I do not let that divide me from other Christians but, This snatching up before his second coming is not there for me when I read. I believe we (who are saints that are alive at the time) must know and witness this beast, anti Christ that our LORD warns us of in the olivet discourse when the disciples asked him "and what will be the sign of your coming" and of the end of the age?” he answers nation against nation etc. famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes. the beginning of sorrows......
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory." notice he says (ALL) the tribes of the earth, not just the Jews, (ALL)
in Thessalonians Paul is referring to his return to earth that we will be taken up in a twinkling of an eye. not before. This is my belief. I love GCBI wonderful teachings but I differ on this one. Thanks and GOD bless.
Kathy Reynolds hello! It is hard to explain over text, so I would encourage you to watch, "why you should believe in the rapture" by Jack Hibbs. He does a great job explaining what I can't. haha
Kevin, I understand. It is very hard to explain. I've listened to pros and cons, read and reread and cannot see two separate second comings, the bible only speaks of one. In order for them to make two separate comings they must use eisegesis. But I willl check out Mr.Hibbs. like wise to you, keep studying Thanks again!
Why is he discussing a solar system? That's not in the Bible. Earth is a flat plane and we live under a dome. There are not four corners to a circle. (See: Revelation 7:1 King James Version)
