Tx and Rx doesn't matter, But see the values coming from your transmitter printing on serial monitor and edit. First use as it is. Don't change anything.

With End stop switches on both sides. And two motors for pan and tilt. And one more motor for the camera to go up and down for the height of the camera. It will be done by using linear actuator for the camera to go up and down. I want all the motors to have adjustable speed if possible for smoothness. I have flysky transmitter like you have here. Sir in my case i am using ct6b transmitter and reciever but when i move the joystick it responds 15 seconds late

Just check the values from your transmitter is same as values used in code.
