Just a reminder to everyone that changing your life takes time. Building habits that promote action and processing emotions takes longer than I thought anyway. This video reminds me of my own past and I wish everyone the best, hard times or not.

It’s taken me a while but I’ve come to truly realize and accept that most people don’t really know what they’re doing. We’re all just trying until we get enough experience to get sorta good at stuff. It has made me care less about mistakes. It seems like it’s all part of building confidence and understanding how things work in the world. Also, side note, your pacing around 34 minutes with the round stick to flatten the sand is really good.
This is great and relaxing it makes my hand fall asleep

I think what they're getting at is that the sound scaping for the intro to Rs last video that you did was really exceptional and was better executed than for this video. Love to see what's coming next, keep up the good work!
