Hi Ayka. I think the reason the DA had no masks in the video was because this video was released Pre-COVID. Also, they probably wanted to make the video more advertising friendly and didn't want to have a mask blocking her face, which would not be so "advertising image friendly".
By the way, you'll notice that at 5:30 how the date written on the PSP plate during the BW Exposure is dated 12-01-04, indicating that this video was possibly made in 2004, hence being nearly 16 years Pre-COVID.
At 8:53, there is another indication that the video was made in 2004 due to the window's top blue bar dated as 16 Mar. 2004. This would explain why the Windows software used in the video is Windows XP, which was released in 2001.
It's quite possible that this video was part of the CD Menu for the CD used to install the ScanX software onto the desktop PCs that the dental manufacturer / seller gave to dental offices. It would've been readily available anytime the clinic needed to train employees on using the ScanX Machine or would've assisted in troubleshooting, in case errors or unfamiliarity with scanning arose in trainees. The technician who installed the Machine and who showcased the software features to the clinic would've pointed out the video to the dental manager and staff so that they would have future reference for any possible issues. Older ScanX Machines would've needed CDs for installing software or software updates, whilst newer models may have had automatic software updates via Wi-Fi.
