I totally don't agree..Ayodhya was never strong bastion of BJP...Even during 2019/14 victory margin was very slim(due to demographics). Candidate selection by SP (fielding a strong Dalit in non reserved seat in Faizabad (which has around 26% dalit)and other OBC candidate(except.. Yadav ) in different seats) was very good move, employment/paper leak, anger again local MP and over reliance on Modi in UP, etc are few reason UP losses...Anti Muslims statements were given by BJP/Modi and it worked pity well in 2014/19?...Personally I didn't like few statements of Our PM but it was not unexpected...Opposition stratergy was very good..Actual test for SP+Cong will be 2027 assembly election...it will be interesting..

I think Modi should priotize on how to (re)- utilize social capital & incentives to boost & modernise traditional craft industries & other small & middle scale industries & business. Large Scale infrastructure is very good but for it's own proper utilisation grassroot development & managing local issues & "open to hear" to public grievances is also a key for this the top leadership alone cannot do all but strengthening local leadership (with centralised oversight) is necessary.
The speech given by PM Modi in Banswara Rajasthan was a huge blunder that led to this situation for the BJP. Pm took a huge risk by giving such polarizing speeches which was not needed at all. He axe his own feet and tarnished his own reputation as a mass leader who works for the nation!
Modi said communalism and said it is for Hindus, but what Hindus especially Indians want is good free education, housing, health, and to prevent price rise, but many things are being done for rich people like adani and ambani, their thousands of crores are being written off, they are growing, but common people are struggling to live. Modi and Gujarat mafia know that after going to many countries for 10 years and losing the money of the country of India and paying the media to look good in front of the people, just to be a hero.
Everything Modi has improved. Number of highways increased many times. Number of medical seats doubled in 10 years. Free healthcare under Ayushman Bharat. Bank account penetration at 90% from 20% in 2014. PM AWAS yojana, helped so many people afford houses.
And don't mislead about loan write-off. In loan write-off, banks got the money to recapitalize, not corporate. Corporates got loans during UPA, and they siphoned off the money during UPA era only. Bad loans were hidden by evergreening.
