- iConnectivity have been offering this as part of their MIDI interfaces since the iConnectivity 4+, at least on a basic level. But now they've written it into their own software, and added GUI to it via their recently redesigned iConfig control panel.

A company which knows exactly what they are doing, what their customers need etc.... Go iconnectivity! I think there is still room for an entry-entry device say a 1 in 1 out or 2 in 2 out with RTP-midi, with an irresistible price tag $ 99 or better? This could both target new users and those who have an ic4+ or similar to add on to their systems...

Can you link two midi 4 together or is it better to get the mioxl?
I wish rtp midi was available on devices like Akai force, Denon mixers, Gemini midi mixers, etc. Get rid of all midi cables!

What the difference with copperlan?
tech already part of OS X, no custom hardware required to access the MIDI stream, iConnectivity have just figured out a way to configure it with ease. Any RTPMIDI network session shows up like a MIDI port in most apps
is this 2018 or 1988? this thing is huge and so many cables attached....why not ble with a hc08 micro controller?
