Do you do Zercher squats in your training? If so, let me know if you’ve learned anything!

I've been too scared to bc there aren't many thorough technique videos like this. This makes me feel more confident about the variation.

Open elbows version is my the best and my favourite. Because the range is full like the front squat. Greats from Italy

Cool video! I've always paused the bar on my thighs. Feels more difficult than just tap n going. Keep the great tutorials up man! Would love to have a workout together someday.

Really liked you covered narrow and wide stance, other vids I saw didn’t cover that, I do wide stance back squats

Great video. You’re the first person I’ve seen doing narrow stance. I also use narrow stance because I believe the stimulus is more athletic because it mimics normal movement. Wide stance turns off glute meds and over-develops the adductors.

I have searched and searched to finally find somebody using a more narrow stance with the elbows outside of the knees instead of inside. I am more comfortable this way but didn’t know if this was a viable way of doing it.

Tons of variety out there, I prefer narrow on Zerchers when I used to do them
