If GRE isn't required, don't do the exam. If it is optional, do it if you can or/and submit a very competitive application.

This means that WES is required only after you have been admitted. GRE requirement isn't for all courses. 👍🏽

As said in the video, most MSc courses aren't funded. Go directly for a PhD. More importantly, check for the availability of funding before applying.
