Generally in the game Unique series armor is Indestructable but Maple's armor and shield can be destroyed but will be restored and becomes stronger each time it does.
I remember that note from the books and found it weird she didn't intentionally break her gear early on. I guess her being an air head and not a dedicated gamer, but just someone who explores carefree, wouldn't think of that

With Machine God they don't emntion it in the anime but when she uses it it breaks weapons and her armor so she carries a bunch of disposable weapons. At one point she goes and purposefully breaks her armor over and over again to make it more powerful (would have been season 2 or after I believe)
I love the joke that a turtle is faster than maple
At least Maple is sturdier and can take MORE of a beating

The devs are quirky in their own way. While they made a boss loaded with broken skills as a joke to troll players, it still took damage and even could give insane drops. They could have just made it unstoppable. lol
A theory i always enjoyed was that the devs made a ai to randomly generate skills for players based on what they do, and even randomize what drops a boss gives. Which could explain why they asked each other what were in the eggs maple and sally got. lol
Love the developer interactions mixed in and throughout the show you slowly learn more about them, at first I thought they were supposed to be AI but they seem to actually be real people and that space its like their headquarters within the game I guess since they are also probably using the full dive gear while working on it, imagine being able to program just by thinking not typing.

If you are ultimate defense character and u survivied with 1 HP it means that boss is imposibru for others!
First pets in the server are in OP legendary duo hands. Its hilarious and dangerous.
Luckily maple finds new ways to break basic skills to fix that issue

Yeah they beat a boss that was ment to be like for a return quest in a later update again they end up with like pre beta tested pets because the pet system is implemented later on and its not the last time she stumbles into an event thats ment to be future content tied into other patches

Bofuri VRMMO game is really one of the first "Anime games" that i would like to actually play
Usually the Games depicted in Anim/Manga/Manhua have terrible mechanics, shitty communities, and a Shit all Balance that makes no sens.
And lets not forget a LOT of Asspulls, plot armor etc and everyone is so serious, like their lives are on the line.
And Asian gamers favorite "Mechanics" Pay2Win and Endless Grinding, and worst "Feature" of all, No one as a clue of what the Main quest/Story is and they spent years trying to find how to trigger it for MC to stumble on it...
Thats when you know that Manga/Manhua authors would be terrible game designers... "its been 5 years since the game released and it has 35 millions players, and still no one as ever been able to start the Mainquest"
dude...It takes Gamers 3 hours in Elden Ring to find some ways to break the game, be out of bound and find secrets that they are not supposed to, how the fuck did it take you arsehats 5 YEARS to still not find how to start the Main Quest with 35 million people looking for it...
As a Gamer when i see this kinda things, it is irritating as fuck, and while Bofuri's game have some irritating stuffs to (the incompetent dev team that never QnA anything) overall IT IS a game that i would be willing to play.

And they specifically nerf HER.
Are they AI? I though they were just avatars for real people, they complain about working overtime and a supervisor character gets introduced later on.
Seem weird to simulate Japanese office worker conditions if it's all run by AI.
@@DizRupTnz if i remember right they are ai but i could be wrong and have to recheck the manga to be sure. also i'm sure there would be at least a human over seer to keep eye on them to make sure they working right at least.

@@darkcarnage9188 Hey, it was a game mechanic, as evidenced by her gaining skills by eating other monsters. So, it was a valid attack. No breaking of the rules
