Can’t believe it’s a year since I bought mine and I’m still using it and I think it’s a great bit of kit and easy to use even for an old fumbling fart like myself, I’ve mainly used mine on my pcp’s and springers and it’s never missed a beat and a plus side in fact two plus sides one it’s waterproof and secondly I’m never stuck for batteries as I can get them anywhere and I’ve bought some extra rechargeable AA’s and a charger so I’m always ready to go. I did have to buy a rail for mine as the setup on my hw100kt as I was getting neck ache getting the eye relief I required and due to a spinal and neck problem it was a must for me but everyone is different and some won’t need it. And in all the outings I’ve been on I’ve never needed to change the batteries once as one set seem to last forever unlike other units I’ve got which might last 45 minutes to an hour if I’m lucky hence the reason I bought one of these. And the price….less than £300 per unit, what’s not to like about that! I’ve since bought an another IR for mine but the one that comes with the unit is quite adequate but just a shame about the batteries needed for it and would be much better if it took a 18650 battery and that is my one and only gripe about the whole package. But honestly they are a really great bit of kit and definitely been a game changer when out on the rats and so easy to set up and zero and if I can do it anyone can!

Just put my order in for one now, I think this and my new air arms s510 tactical will be a great ratting package. I don’t like to wish the months away but roll on the darker nights those rats won’t know what’s hit them!
When are you getting some more battery packs for them back in stock?

I'm only air rifle shooting up to 50 yards. Do you believe I am better with this site or a Sightmark 4x32?

If installed on a 5.56 with a front sight post, would the sight post be seen in the scope?

Do you need to zero it if you are removing and refitting to the same rifle?

Depends on shooting distance obviously but rule of thumb you should always rezero after removing any optic. Gotta remember that 1/60th of a degree change is an inch at 100 yds

using the system menu is not handy. it's too hard to navigate. you have to look for the arrows. if you want to press the arrows for video. During the day you can see well but at night you can't see it: the image is too contrasting, black and white, there are no shades of gray so that you can see the wild boar. is impossible. And I can't see anything over 15 m 45 yard. noting is shaep . And on the middle is an oval shape.

Will this be suitable for a .22 rimfire ?

Sure why not? It’ll double the weight of the 22 but it’ll work fine.
