I don't understand what kind of filter this is. The cut-off frequency is ~160 KHz (1/2πRC). The high freq noise can still be heard 3:36 . Anyone watching, please don't use this circuit.

This is pretty much what Transparent Audio Cables does with their very expensive speaker cables. That's what's in the boxes on their cables.
