    This looks very tasty- thank you for sharing. Is there also a spicy version that has some fish as well, and is slightly darker in color? I have bought it at my local Vietnamese deli, with a little chili pepper on top of the egg wash.

    Are you a Vietnamese Morgane? I am a Malaysian and we have a variety of Asians dishes you can also try out such as satay, Asam Laksa, Popiah, nasi lemak, etc.

    I just tried this with my co worker. What if we don't have that steamer? Are we able to bake it in the oven and it'll come out like this too?
