No, but you can use other programs like TS:SE that you can find on scs forum, and many other options, you don't need an ifinite money ;)

how did you make the engine sound work with the scania t it dosent work for me

You need the def name of the truck and then add a new folder with that name to the sound mod, in that folder you should add the files that you can find in the other folders of the sound mod ;)
